Google reviewers rate Moving Ahead Services highly, praising the crew's punctuality, efficiency, and careful handling of items during local and long-distance moves. Communication is generally described as professional, with staff accommodating changes and completing tasks quickly. However, low-star reviews highlight a pattern of unresponsiveness to phone calls and slow resolution processes for damaged property or installation issues.
