Drew worked & worked to fix our dishwasher & didn't give up until it was fixed! We appreciated his determination to get the job done! We were fortunate to get Drew from Mr. Appliance again today. Mr. Appliance let's you know who's coming & when. The scheduler, Mike, is so nice & polite & very accommodating. We highly recommend Mr. Appliance!!
I called on Monday and they came on Tuesday. Fixed it in a couple of hours. Everyone was courteous.

Very professional and courteous organization. Fred came out, explained the issue, and fixed my dryer in no time. He was also knowledgeable about the issue and explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
Called Mr. Appliance on Monday for a dryer issue. The technician was promptly present the very next day. He identified the issue and was able to rectify at that time. Very fortunately, parts were not needed. The invoicing and payment process were handled expeditiously. We plan on utilizing this company often!

Called local Charleston, SC office and spoke to the schedular, Diane, who was most pleasant and helpful. Shortly thereafter, Jeremy, the technician, arrived and diagnosed the issue with the dryer. He had a replacement part available, and in short order the dryer was servicable again. GREAT JOB!!
