I called this company based on high score on reviews. I called for a repair to my Kitchenaid refrigerator that was leaking into the two drawers under the fridge portion and the freezer in the bottom, leaking out bottom. The repair person showed up timely but when he saw my fridge he stated they don’t repair…

Great overall service in fixing my refrigerator. Easily set up an appointment and the technician arrived within a few days and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained all the issues and what was required to resolve the problem. The technician returned within a few days to install the parts. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
Technician was able to diagnose the problems for potential future repair as long as the freezer is working properly after the coils were cleaned. I thought I would be nice and vacuum up the mess from that and now my central vacuum is clogged. Also he never turned off the ice maker so I discovered it was leaking…
