I had a very good experience with Mr. Appliance of Charleston. Scheduling was easy, the technician Malinda arrived on time, and he diagnosed the issue quickly. She explained everything clearly and completed the repair the same day. I felt the service was honest and professional. I would absolutely recommend them.
They were incredibly communicative and helped me to schedule a time that works. Drew was nice and helped me understand the issue with my washer.
Drew was an awesome tech and the company is super reliable, they always do a great job! I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Solid performance, I would recommend, however the diagnosis/trip charge of 160 was more than I normal pay 75-100, so seems a lil high, but doesn’t everything now a days, good people, overall 4 out of 5 stars

Very nice experience from the scheduling to the repair. Drew was professional, friendly, and efficient. Very happy and if needed in the future would use this company.
Nobody likes washer repairs, but Drew made it as painless as possible.
Paid $390 to have a washer repaired. Tech came never spoke to anyone, swapped parts, left without even checking his work or speaking to anyone. Washer still broken, called and asked if he made sure it was working before he left. Tech responded, “I’m not going to just sit there and wait to make sure it works” BEWARE!!!!
