If you have an appliance that needs repair, look no further than Mr. Appliance. This company is locally owned and has integrity. Their expert team has worked on my wine cooler, Sub Zero fridge and my ice machine. All repaired as promised and very reasonable price. I highly recommend.
Very good communication before the service. Technicians were knowledgeable and explained the issues and concerns before starting work. 15 yr. old Samsung refrigerator with discontinued parts. Worked with our schedules to complete repairs. Will use again if the need arises.
Our repair tech was timely, explained everything that needed to be done e and the cost very clearly. He had to order a part and returned the following week with the part and it only took about 15 minutes to install and to test. Great job Billy!

Found where my refrigerator leak was after 2 other appliance companies in town could not. Ordered the parts and replaced and it’s worked perfectly so far. Will call them 1st for now on.
Spending money to repair appliances is expensive but cheaper than replacing. However, my repair technician was very prompt and went the extra mile to get my service completed in time for an event. I also appreciate the fact that I was able to use a locally owned business. So many local service companies have sold out to businesses based in other states.
Repairman was pleasant and efficient. I was unhappy with the way he put the food back in the fridge. He could have at least asked me where the shelves belonged. He could have left the food out so I could put it back where it belonged. Now I have to empty the whole refrigerator and fix the shelves and then replace the food.
Billy was professional and personable. He completed the service repair timely and explained all costs up front. The office staff kept me informed and the technician was prompt informing before his arrival.

Technician, manager and person answering phone were vey knowledgeable and made suggestions before repairing refrigerator. Checked suggestion but came back to original plan and was very professional.

Billy was knowledgeable about our very old refrigerator and determined what was wrong, fixed it and we will keep using “old reliable” longer thanks to him.
