Very nice and helpful
The heating element went out on our Maytag dryer. They had a new one in the truck so that was good. They cleaned the machine and left us with a better dryer than when they arrived. Many thanks.
Curtis Hodnett was Awesome! Thank you.
Nice man prompt efficient
Diana took our repair call expertly and knowledge of our dryer repair needs. Scheduled our repair for the same afternoon. Curtis installed a factory repair kit carried in all trucks. Nice experienced installation done skillfully. Fair prices.
Excellent customer service and care! From scheduling to repair technician, they were perfect! Highly recommend!!
Service tech was great 👍
Very professional and very polite
They were very professional and courteous- explained the problem. Found the part at the shop and fixed it that day. The two men I had were very efficient. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Dave was wonderful found the issue and fixed it right away!!!!
Loved the service! Shout out to Liz for recommending them and the service tech Cory Landrum for an awesome professional quick job. He even made sure that everything worked before he left.
Mark was our technician…he worked quickly and the price was realistic…he even returned within an hour, when we discovered that the vent had detached from the dryer!
I love the text and email announcing the tech is on the way including a pic. Quality work! I will definitely use again if needed.
Todd was real nice and professional

Corey did a great job fixing the dryer quickly. Can't recommend enough. Thank you
He was very nice and fixed my washer. The washer was not filling because the water line was clogged
Excellent service for a hard to get to and repair dryer. (Stacked set in a small tight area). Very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also, very reasonably priced! Had to send out motherboard to be rebuilt and was back and dryer repaired in a week. I will be back for any appliance repair and am recommending…
Cory was very polite and knowledgeable when repairing my dryer. Thank you and we’ll done.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this rip-off of a so-called company! We patiently waited for 2 1/2 months on a part that was never received. We were called every 2 weeks by Mr. Appliance saying the part would arrive. When we finally suggested that they provide us our money back, they were rude, argued immensely…
Great knowledgeable Staff Very clean and Professional I would definitely recommend Thank you. Mark for Fixing my washer !!
They were professional, did what they said they would do and communicated well.
They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and fixed two appliances. I would definitely recommend them again.

My washer/dryer was still under warranty so I got their name from the warranty company but was very very pleased with the results
Took a while to get the part that was ordered, but once the part came in they took care of the repair very quickly! Very friendly and helpful!
Antonio was excellent. Super knowledgeable, polite, and timely. Really happy with our service and will definitely be using it again!
I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Metro Tulsa. Our dryer was locked up- unable to move the drum. Mark and Mark arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly, and took great care while fixing the dryer. In addition, my husband asked them to look at our gas stove burner which hasn't worked in many years. They…
Hard working, courteous, on time. They fixed the washing machine, but couldn’t find a problem with the dishwasher (only malfunctioning intermittently). They said if it malfunctions again in 30 days another service visit is free. Nice.
The service technician was extremely nice and thorough. Will definitely use them again!
Update 12/18/20..My last update was16 days ago stating Mr. Appliance repaired my washer. Within one day of posting, my washing started doing the same thing it was doing before the repair. I called Mr Appliance back and called my home warranty and out came another tech. A week later and Several hours later than the…
Have used these guys several times. Prices are reasonable, they clean up after themselves, and have always been on time. Polite and professional.
Very pleased with Mr. Appliance of Metro Tulsa. They do the basic things that so many of their competitors do not. They call you back, they show up on time, they communicate with you. And their appliance know-how is very good as well.
