Customer service and David were fantastic. I highly recommend and appreciate Mr. Appliance. So relieved that there are still companies that would like to fix your appliance instead of selling you one. ✌️
Prompt, courteous and friendly service.
My washing machine would not drain. I called Mr. Appliance and was able to get a service call the same day. David , the tech , arrived on time and immediately identified the problem which was the pump. Luckily , he had one in his truck and replaced it . He was here less than and hour and my washer is working…
Said there was no hidden fees. They lied. They never fixed my machine. Kept saying needed another part this went on fir four weeks. I could not use my machine for four weeks. Then they said the part i needed COST $800. Then they said it could not be repaired. Then ( ha ha) said they would refund $400 of the money I…
Great service and very professional. The tech, Joe, was the most polite and attentive service man we have ever had. He went beyond making sure our washing machine was repaired and working like new.
Highly recommend it!! On time very professional they stood on the quote they even called us when they weren't going to be in which it meant A lot. Reschedule, clean, they even recommended down the road for us to fix the bushings on the washing machine which we will!
Caroline was courteous and efficient. She did a great job. The washing machine was fixed properly.
Superior service and client attentiveness by JJ. 10/10 and can’t go wrong with him on the job.
From the time of initial contact until job completion, I was pleasantly surprised they exceeded my expectations. Joe our technician was prompt, capable, and professional.
Professional and pleasant.
The technician was great. Friendly, respectful and got the job done in a timely manner. The only negative thing is the time it took to get someone out and then for the part to come in!
Carolyn was awesome. Not only did she fix my complicated LG combo W/D she told me how to care for it.
very professional, prompt, diagnosed problem quickly, returned and installed part, problem solved, highly recommended
Thorough and friendly.
Have used Mr. Appliance multiple times and they have always provided excellent service, both in diagnosing and repairing and in the high level of professionalism and courtesy shown.

Simple honest and courteous. Technician was a pleasure.
Our almost new Frigidaire room air conditioner quit working. After calling Frigidaire customer service, and getting a list of repair services, I was able to schedule an appt. right away with Kendell Roper of Mr. Appliance. He diagnosed the problem, sent for the parts and after Frigidaire sent the wrong parts, he…

Mark was prompt and courteous. Repaired the 12 year old Kenmore washer so hopefully I will get another 12 years out of it. I would highly recommend Mark with Mr. Appliance.
Corey came out just as scheduled and took care of the leak in my washer without trying to upsell me or anything like that. The repair cost was initially a bit higher than expected but everything is more expensive these days and a coupon from their website helped with that. In the end, you truly get what you pay for…
Did a great job and did it quickly.
I'm happy with them.
Loved the service! Shout out to Liz for recommending them and the service tech Cory Landrum for an awesome professional quick job. He even made sure that everything worked before he left.

Mark and Corey are Fantastic techs! Nobody could figure out what was wrong w/ my washing machine. It took them only 10 min. To figure it out and it was done!!

They did a great job replacing a washing machines door. On time & professional!
Mark R and Tim came to my home and fixed both of my issued quickly. They were professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.
Very bad experience. Mr. Appliance sent a young tech out to deal with a squealing sound. The technician left, then the washing machine drained out onto our new laminate floors and ruined a large portion. Mr. Kendell Roper came out, recognized the drain hose was not connected, said he would turn it in on his…
While, my washer was repaired successfully, I confirmed on 4 separate occasions that I would not be owed anything and that it was covered under warranty, only to be told after the fact that there was a mistake and they don’t actually cover it and I was required to pay in full. When I called to discuss their mistake,…
We had a leaking water inlet valve creating a small pooling of water inside the front load washer tub that kept collecting even days after laundry had been done. Mark Ford, the tech with Mr Appliance, fixed the problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very respectful of our home, our…
Kendall came out during the ice and snow storm and fixed the dryer! Better than the mail man who won’t attempt coming up our hill! Thanks so much!
