They both educated me on what they were doing and provided excellent feedback on the height of the chandelier and style choices of the installation. Leaving a 5-star review! Patrick was our technician this summer, and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and did a phenomenal job correcting electrical issues in our first house and making great improvements that made the house feel new. Additionally, Mr. Electric’s pricing was much fairer…

Absolutely recommend this company! We have 9 locations and we were in need of an electrician for a lighting outage in one of our stores. They were able to come out same day, and our tech was so nice and accommodating of our needs to switch out the light fixtures for LED for us. Cameron was our tech and we will…
I was impressed by Mr. Electric's professionalism. They called me multiple times to let me know time updates within 30 minute windows instead of 4-8 hour time blocks some companies use. They arrived on time and worked diligently for hours until the job was complete. The quality of their work was better than I…
Very professional, very fast, very neat. Cameron was fantastic.
Jake was professional, pleasant, and right on time. He explained everything he was doing and quickly fixed our issues. We were in a time crunch and Mr. Electric got someone to our house that same morning. I’d highly recommend them!
Good, solid service
I had Mr. Electric hang a couple of very big expensive light fixtures for me. They did an awesome job. Also they were available to come at my first convenient time window - so no long wait time. Kasibu was the installer - super capable and polite. He even went out to buy parts that I was missing for the fixture.…
Absolutely terrible experience. Everything done was not to code, rejected by inspectors SIX times and still ongoing. Terrible responsiveness and absolutely no ownership.
I consider myself to be fairly handy, but there's definitely a time and place to call in the professionals. When my wife and I needed some help finalizing electric on a kitchen remodel in our home, we decided the job was best handled by professionals. Mr. Electric was able to get someone to my house the next day to…
I waited all day for them to come for a window of them between 12-5pm and they called at 4:45pm to tell me they couldn’t come that day because they had to go to another customer. RIDICULOUS!!
I have had experience with both Collins and Junior with Mr. Electric. Their communication is excellent, they respond lightening fast, and their quality of work is excellent. Mr. Electric will continue to be my go-to for electrician needs!
We know from past experience that electric work can be a bit pricey especially when the electrician has to install lighting where there are no existing light fixtures. We were super excited about the new customer discount Mr. Electric gave us as first time customers!!! Our technician was professional, knowledgeable,…
I decided not to have a ceiling fan and a pendent light installed. The $750 price the technician gave me was borderline price gouging! The electrician Union rate is approximately $32 an hour. If Mr. Electric doubled their rate , and charged a minimum of 5 hrs work, it still doesn't come to $750. This is why I wanted…
