UPDATE OCTOBER 2026: I continue to use Mr. Electric and specifically Zach for all my electrical needs. Highly recommend!!!! Zach did a wonderful job replacing all the outlets and switches throughout my whole house along with 3 light fixtures and a breaker that was hanging on by a thread. Excellent communication and…
Aurelio was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quote for three options to make repairs on lighting. He was on time and repairs were quick. I will definitely keep his card handy.
Zack has done several jobs out here for me now and has been great every time. This is the only electrician I use.
Very satisfied repeat customer; Mr. Electric of NW Houston provides great total experience. Scheduling was easy with great customer service; a quote with reasonable pricing was provided; the work was performed by a very professional electrician, on-time for the price quoted. Aurelio is outstanding, completing the…
Steven was excellent and friendly.
Robert did a great job analysing what I needed and explaining everything me. He was the best electrician I have ever had at my home.
Travis did an excellent job for me. He fixed my immediate problem, but also explained in great detail the other problems that I might face in the future. He applied no undue persuasion to get me to sign up for those services at this time -- simply accepted my decision to wait a few months on those. He is friendly, informative, and thorough.
Doug was very professional and determined to get the job done to our satisfaction. He offered great recommendations that met our needs and saved us a few hundred dollars. He also caught some poor wiring done by the builders and made the necessary repairs.
Corey did a fantastic job with some electrical work at my new home. He installed new boxes and pendants with a dimmer switch over my kitchen island, taking the time to measure, space, and place the boxes perfectly. He also took down a ceiling fan and installed a large "wagon wheel" chandelier in the living room.…
Zack and Pablo were great and professional. Zack was patient as we discussed the process and also while I called other companies to get quotes he stayed to make sure I asked the proper questions. His professionalism was what I look for in companies. Pablo came in and assisted on the project and showed great…
Professional came on time and gave me the exact quote so I was looking for.
Mr. Brandon was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and kind. Will definitely reach out again for electrical services.
Excellent service provided by Travis and Pablo!!! Definitely would recommend.
Sam did a great job explaining things to us. He’s very respectful and polite. Hard worker.
Amazing service by Charlie Lopez! He went above and beyond and was extremely courteous with us! Highly recommend his expertise with future lighting projects!
On-time professional had a concern on my bill, but the manager reached out and resolved
I was pleasantly surprised with the Work I will use this tech again
Rick was amazing! On time and diligent in his craft! Highly recommend!
Nezir and Wade are AWESOME! Had them replace a 30-year old poorly installed electric panel, install a Tesla wall charger, install a nice LED light in my garage, and do a safety check. They worked fast, listened to what I was asking of them, and the best part, showed up on time!! Highly recommend Mr. Electric of Northwest Houston.
Brandon did an absolutely fantastic job with the light installations. He arrived on time and was quick to assess the situation and it was apparent immediately that he was more than capable and qualified to do the work. I would definitely recommend using Mr electric and Brandon Turner specifically if you have any electrical installation needs.
Victor was very courteous and knowledgeable. We explained all we wanted and done and it was completed.
Mike came to our house and he and I went over the list of electrical work I needed done. He was very thorough and understanding of the work I needed done.
Very professional
Professional and easy to work with. They worked nonstop, and finished multiple installations in one day. I wish the cleanup had been more carefully done. They arrived without any drop cloths. I gave them one of mine. After they left, I had to spend an hour cleaning dust off all the surfaces.
Overall I was pleased with the quality of the work and the price I paid for it. I would’ve been happier with a cheaper price, but it was reasonable compared to others I called. I received a courtesy call when they were in route to my home, and they arrived during the first hour of the time window. I will definitely call them again if I need to.👍🏼
I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I didn't know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 outdoor floodlights. The company informed me…
On-time, higher cost than anticipated. I did not like the attempt to upsell.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Luis and have him install ceiling fans in my home. He came in and asked me what my concerns were. After I explained what I needed, he addresses my concerns. came up with a plan and gave me a quote. I asked him when would he be available to complete the work and he said right now and…
Great service!
Omg, words can't express how professional Luis is. I prayed that the Lord would send someone knowledgeable, respectable of my time and needs for the project, and very professional. Well, the Lord sent Luis😂. I had a chandelier installed,, a dimmer added, and small repair on a builders grade ceiling light fixture.…

Gilbert did a great job. He was polite and completed all repairs/installation as requested.
Our technician, Bert I., was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issues and was able to correct the problems. He was on-time, professional and friendly. We will definitely be keeping him in mind if we encounter any other electrical issues in the future. Thank you Bert!
Larry show up right after me calling. Looked around. We just moved into a new build. Completed about two weeks ago. Per a Larry every thing was up to 2020 code . We received (3) new pendant lights as a house warming gift for about our bar, (3) more for entrance. We were very happy with the prompt service, but the…
