They were so responsive to my call. Misa came out same day and did a fabulous job installing a new outlet. He was polite, professional, very competent. He even identified an unsafe junction box in my basement and fixed it at no extra cost. I plan to have them install a vent in my laundry room next and would be happy for Misa to do the job.
