Thank you to the entire crew for a thorough, clean, and complete job installing our first heat pump unit. Everyone was highly professional and knowledgeable, which gave us total confidence that the installation would be completed correctly and on time. While we still have a lot to learn about the system, the team…
Santino, robert, danny did a great job with the install! Super quick and efficient
I had three amazing technicians Koby, Alex, and Nacho came and install a new HVAC and A/C system. They were very respectful, hard working, very efficient. I truly recommend this team from Mr. Poppy. They communicated any little detail they encountered. When they were done they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even…
I had a great experience with this team. Professional, responsive, direct, and flexible. Met with Ben in Sales initially, where he came to my place, got the lay of the land and advised me on the right system according to my space. He worked on my desired outcomes and my budget without pushing back too hard. After we…
We are very happy with Mr. Poppy’s services. Nacho and Willy installed our new HVAC system. They were very professional, respectful, and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain how to use our new system and everything is working great! Thank you for the speedy installation.
Christian P, Alex, and Alonso were efficient and clean with my mini-split install. They were even kind enough to help me install the mobile app for my unit and walk me through adjusting my AC temperature. Thanks guys!
Mr. Poppy was incredibly efficient, kind, and thorough. We requested multiple mini splits. The quality of the work and installation was excellent. They left everything nice and clean and they worked incredibly fast as well. We would highly recommend working with them and will use them again in the future for our…
Santino, Bryan, Aaron! Thank you so much for the most painless and comforting experience Iv had thus far with my home renovations… Each of you were so kind, knowledgeable and productive throughout the entire install. Josh, Koby, Willy and Nacho helped us add a mini split. They were very professional, explained things well, and did a great job.
Great working with Mr. Poppy and the team from Soepa, Adrian, Robert, Danny, Brian and Aaron. We had a large and complex install so the multiple systems going in and the install team led by Robert did a great job with tremendous attention to detail. You can only measure great customer service when things don’t go…
I needed to replace my systems that haven't been working for a long time and I knew nothing about HVAC. Adrian was a great help and walked me through the process and knowledge on how things put together. Overall great guy tbh. I had a dual-zone HVAC system replaced with a Daikin Fit all-electric heat pump setup…
I highly recommend Mr. Poppy Electric and HVAC. We initially wanted to upgrade outlets for a portable AC, but the project evolved into a full mini-split installation, garage electrical cleanup, and a last-minute EV charger. Andrei, one of the owners, is a neighbor who popped over for a quick quote and remained…
Adrian Garcia was the rep that came out to inspect my furnace and AC. Really knowledgeable individual. Told me the ins-and-outs of the industry and ultimately focused on helping me. He was able to repair my unit and check on the work of other contractors (whom seem to have gave me misinformation and charged me for…
I’m very happy with the installation provided by Christian Palomino, Mateo, William, Jaleel, and Gilbert. They were professional, punctual, and respectful throughout the entire process.
