Great working with Mr. Poppy and the team from Soepa, Adrian, Robert, Danny, Brian and Aaron. We had a large and complex install so the multiple systems going in and the install team led by Robert did a great job with tremendous attention to detail. You can only measure great customer service when things don’t go…
I needed to replace my systems that haven't been working for a long time and I knew nothing about HVAC. Adrian was a great help and walked me through the process and knowledge on how things put together. Overall great guy tbh. I had a dual-zone HVAC system replaced with a Daikin Fit all-electric heat pump setup…
I highly recommend Mr. Poppy Electric and HVAC. We initially wanted to upgrade outlets for a portable AC, but the project evolved into a full mini-split installation, garage electrical cleanup, and a last-minute EV charger. Andrei, one of the owners, is a neighbor who popped over for a quick quote and remained…
Adrian Garcia was the rep that came out to inspect my furnace and AC. Really knowledgeable individual. Told me the ins-and-outs of the industry and ultimately focused on helping me. He was able to repair my unit and check on the work of other contractors (whom seem to have gave me misinformation and charged me for…

Used them for both heat pump installation and knob & tube elimination. More of a startup but in a good way because they have competitive prices and are focused on customer experience. Worked on our schedule and we'll continue to use them as needs arise.

Amazing experience from start to finish! While selling our mom’s condo, the A/C compressor died. The house was already in escrow and was set to close in just a few days. Brian and Aaron were extremely couteous and professional in their execution of a 50 year old heater replacement with a Daikin heat pump. As a former carpenter, its noticeable when someone takes pride in being a pro., rather than "just doing the job.." -- Thanks fellows.
