We had to have two toilets and a hot water heater all replaced at the same time and I was dreading the process. Our team from Mr. Rooter was exceptionally kind, fast, efficient, and I didn't end up with all kinds of hidden fees and charges on my final bill. I appreciate their transparency and how quick they were able to work us in. Thank you, everyone!!!

Total professionals. Prompt, courteous and reasonable pricing. AND you don't have to remind them to wear a mask when they come to your house. My grandmother used to use a word seldom used anymore that signified kindness, competence and trustworthiness and that word is "swell." This Mr. Rooter is a swell company.

I replaced a hose by myself! Yay! I thought, until it started leaking! Then, to my dismay, I stripped the shut off valve! Ugh! Kenny Davis came out and fixed it up for me! He is professional and just an awesome person. I love to support local! Thank you!
