John and his team demonstrated outstanding customer service and took pride in their quality of work. We had pipes flushed, chain knocked, recorded, sleeved, epoxied, and replaced. They had to tunnel under the house and cut into concrete and walls. The end product was a new plumbing system and a new toilet. The…
I initially called for what I thought would be a hair clog but after an inspection of the pipes under my house which is old I was shown pictures of the state of my pipes. Ismael Kabigting did a great job explaining the issue with the leak in our house. And showing the options in how to deal with the issue. If I end up selecting Mr. Rooter, I would like Ismael to work on fixing the leak.

Absolutely amazing service!! David and his partner came by my house quick and prepared with a positive and professional attitude. He was an amazing person to talk to especially about the Lakers. Outstanding service. Clean, Professional & Friendly. Definitely be using them Agan.
Good family run business with quality work teams. I trust them to keep my house maintained for the last 25 yrs.
My parents have used them for their needs and now I am using them too. Shane has always been very responsive to us and if my parents were happy, then I can trust that as well. They never have tried to do more than what is needed and more to the point, they have been absolutely honest with the repairs that are needed. Which is what I want to know.
