Rich was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to show me exactly it was clogged. Then showed where there was a possible issue where our pipes and the city pipes intersected.

The guys at Mr Rooter were responsive, thorough, professional and very friendly. They helped us with a badly blocked line. They responded very quickly to help us and gave us recommendations for preventing the problem in the future. They are in my permanent contact list and I will share that with my friends and family as needed.
Mr. Rooter did a great job. Our kitchen sink drain line was clogged due to grease buildup over time. J. Dooley was very professional and courteous, cleaned everything up, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and how to prevent more clogs in the future. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Great job guys!

If you have a clogged drain, call Mr. Rooter first! I wish I had. Two other plumbers spent a lot of (wasted) time on a clog in a pipe at our home before I finally called Mr. rooter. Richie and Tracy brought their hydro jet and camera and didn’t leave until the pipes were all clear. Also, don’t put eggshells in your disposal. 🤪
Tanner and Richie were incredibly helpful and informative. They showed me on the camera the issues and went beyond that to investigate the issue. Mr Rooter was able to get my issue resolved the same day I placed the call. Jarod was very informative and walked me through each service and inspection he provided. The level of communication helped me to feel confident in the service and labor that I was paying for. That isn’t always the case in situations like this, so I really appreciated it.
My technician was absolutely awesome. He performed his services with expertise but the best part was he was very cognizant of my toddlers and always closed the gates and that their safety was ensured. He was very courteous and walked me though the work and then performed admirably. I would definately recommend this company
Used high tech equipment to identify the problems and resolve all the issues.
Had a clogged sewer line that another company was unable to completely clear. Tanner was able to come out the same day I called. He was early and used his camera to find the issue and was able to resolve it quickly.
Mainline was clogged, the tech had to remove toilet to get to it. He was very professional and explained every step of the way. Was able to clear the clog and clean out the system. Reasonable price
Billed me 2/3 of quote, didn’t finish job, and no contact or follow up to complete. Had to call another plumber to finish what they were unable to accomplish. Very disappointed… Update. Mr. Rooter responded to my above complaint very promptly and professionally. With this response I would give them a try again in the future.
