Rich was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to show me exactly it was clogged. Then showed where there was a possible issue where our pipes and the city pipes intersected.
Very knowledgeable and nice man, Justin.
prompt...fast...informative...affordable....really a great experience. Will definitely use them again
The guys at Mr Rooter were responsive, thorough, professional and very friendly. They helped us with a badly blocked line. They responded very quickly to help us and gave us recommendations for preventing the problem in the future. They are in my permanent contact list and I will share that with my friends and family as needed.
Mr. Rooter did a great job. Our kitchen sink drain line was clogged due to grease buildup over time. J. Dooley was very professional and courteous, cleaned everything up, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and how to prevent more clogs in the future. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Great job guys!
Jarod was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I would recommend you to anyone because of his service.
If you have a clogged drain, call Mr. Rooter first! I wish I had. Two other plumbers spent a lot of (wasted) time on a clog in a pipe at our home before I finally called Mr. rooter. Richie and Tracy brought their hydro jet and camera and didn’t leave until the pipes were all clear. Also, don’t put eggshells in your disposal. 🤪
Tanner and Richie were incredibly helpful and informative. They showed me on the camera the issues and went beyond that to investigate the issue. The price was actually less than they quoted because they were able to determine the issue and didn’t need to perform other procedures unnecessarily. We will definitely…
Mr Rooter was able to get my issue resolved the same day I placed the call. Jarod was very informative and walked me through each service and inspection he provided. The level of communication helped me to feel confident in the service and labor that I was paying for. That isn’t always the case in situations like this, so I really appreciated it.
My technician was absolutely awesome. He performed his services with expertise but the best part was he was very cognizant of my toddlers and always closed the gates and that their safety was ensured. He was very courteous and walked me though the work and then performed admirably. I would definately recommend this company
Used high tech equipment to identify the problems and resolve all the issues.
Had a clogged sewer line that another company was unable to completely clear. Tanner was able to come out the same day I called. He was early and used his camera to find the issue and was able to resolve it quickly.
Mainline was clogged, the tech had to remove toilet to get to it. He was very professional and explained every step of the way. Was able to clear the clog and clean out the system. Reasonable price
Billed me 2/3 of quote, didn’t finish job, and no contact or follow up to complete. Had to call another plumber to finish what they were unable to accomplish. Very disappointed… Update. Mr. Rooter responded to my above complaint very promptly and professionally. With this response I would give them a try again in the future.
J Dooley arrived and was extremely kind, and professional examined the options for repair and gave me the cost in advance for the “easier” option in hopes that would eliminate the issue but also let. Me know if that option didn’t work what other options he had. In the end it was rectified easily with a professional…
They were great, I appreciated everything from the first phone call to them to them doing the job and leaving. Very professional, honest and friendly. Thank you
Same day service, very professional would highly recommend. Tanner was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Garrett Collins was our technician, he was very professional and polite. He showed up exactly on time with the right equipment and got right to work uncloging our drain. Gerrrett ran a camera through our drain system and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future.
Garrett Collins was our technician and he was fast, efficient and friendly. He saw the problem and went straight to business. He has a great sense of humor and is an all around good guy! Definitely recommend him!
Tanner was extremely professional. Not only did he fix the problem, he went with the least invasive and least expensive route first. He was very kind to my kids and dogs, as well! Definitely will use them again and highly recommend this company!!!
Technician Garret Collins came out to resolve my drainage issue. He was professional, informative and remedied my problem in a very timely manner. Definitely request Garret for your needs!
Clearing a major blockage in the main sewer that was causing unpleasant back-up. Mr. Rooter dispatched Tanner immediately (and days before any other service responded to schedule.) Tanner provided details and pricing up front, and he walked me through each step before and during his work to determine the cause of…
Best plumbers in town.
Jerod Dooley was fantastic, very friendly and professional. He was on time and worked quick because he knew I was a night worker and was needing to get to bed. Roots breached our drain pipe, he cleared them out and got our drains flowing again. Made me aware of the problem and let me know that it wasn't something…
J Dooley was very informative and methodical in addressing the multiple challenges we were facing.
I was called by a tenant on a Tuesday night about a clogged drain. I called in the morning and had an appointment for someone to come out by 9 the next morning. Tanner was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He called me to give me a quote and then took care of the problem. The price seemed reasonable. I’d definitely use again.
J Dooley did a great job! He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

Great service from the Mr. Rooter plumbers. The guys were friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the problem they found. Would definitely use them again. Was good to see a couple young men in the plumbing trade, which is short on skilled trades people in a field always in demand.
Very pleased with the service that we needed. From the beginning of the appointment to the finalization of the work, I was always notified and kept apprised of what was going on. No hidden surprises. No hidden fees. Complete transparency. Thanks Tanner for the professional, informative, and prompt service.
Would highly recommend the folks that helped us with some blockage issues in drain lines recently. They were so friendly and did not hesitate to answer my many questions. They provided helpful advice on preventing future issues. They used a camera to inspect lines and provide me with a visual cause and level of…
The guys came in and looked at the issue. They then began to tell me exactly what they were going to do to fix the problem. Then after they fixed it they, they called me in to check it out and we ended up talking about different things while I made sure it was working properly. They stayed around to make sure I was…
We have had plumbing issues for 6 months now and have had one other plumber come to our home. Our service provider, Tanner, did awesome! We will definitely be coming back and refer whenever needed. Thank you!
Prompt, courteous, repaired quickly.
They were very responsible and respectful. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely use them in the future.
Same day service. Diagnosed problem and it was something that I could handle on my own and just paid a service call fee instead of a larger expense to unclog my frozen drain. Appreciate the quick response and not looking to take advantage of the situation.
Absolutely amazing and prompt service. The individual was so incredibly nice and very informative. They were the only service willing to come work with me today. I was brushed off by other services because the job was relatively small. They were accommodating and I will not use another service except this one!
Had badly clogged drain. The guys were friendly, professional, very nice. Would use them again. Top notch service
Great work guys. Very polite and professional. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely call you again if I need anything else.
Fast response time and incredible communication! It is challenging to schedule workers at your home when you work full-time, because the target window is broad. These awesome people got to me within hours of my call, and stayed in communication as to their whereabouts until they arrived. Once there, they performed…
