We had a pipe burst in our crawl space. Mr Rooter sent someone out quickly and had us a reasonable quote ready for us in a very timely manner. The guy they sent out was super friendly and helped us out a lot.
Jay and Tyler were amazing. I moved into a new house where the water didn't work and they stayed for 12 hours to install a new water heater, pressure valve, and troubleshoot pipe issues. They were incredibly professional, transparent, and kind and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
Mr. Rooters is the best!!! Had a bad experience with another plumbing company and Sandro from Mr. Rooters came over and fixed ALL their mistakes!!! I will NEVER use another plumbing company again. THANK YOU MR ROOTERS!!!
Robert was great to work with, he was packed with information, and answered all my questions about how i could better treat my plumbing systems.
Robert is very experienced and professional. He has done some plumbing work for us in the past and we specifically requested him this time. We will request him again when we have any plumbing issues.
Today, Robert went beyond just repairing the plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and sharing the correct supplies when minor issues arise. More importantly, he was honest, identified the problems, and corrected them to include cleaning non related item. Thank you very much.

We had Mr. Rooter out to repair our Water Fountain at the church. It was not draining properly. Mr. Rooter arrived within 2 hours of my call and had the drain flowing properly in less than an hour.
Mr Rooter has done multiple jobs for me. They installed a tankless water heater, a toilet, repaired a pipe in the wall that was damaged, and now they are repairing a drainage pipe from a sink that was not installed correctly years ago. Informed me that they would have to come back to complete the repair and they came back on time completed the work properly and made sure that everything was in order.
