We had a pipe burst in our crawl space. Mr Rooter sent someone out quickly and had us a reasonable quote ready for us in a very timely manner. The guy they sent out was super friendly and helped us out a lot.
Jay and Tyler were amazing. I moved into a new house where the water didn't work and they stayed for 12 hours to install a new water heater, pressure valve, and troubleshoot pipe issues. They were incredibly professional, transparent, and kind and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
Mr. Rooters is the best!!! Had a bad experience with another plumbing company and Sandro from Mr. Rooters came over and fixed ALL their mistakes!!! I will NEVER use another plumbing company again. THANK YOU MR ROOTERS!!!
Robert was great to work with, he was packed with information, and answered all my questions about how i could better treat my plumbing systems.
Robert is very experienced and professional. He has done some plumbing work for us in the past and we specifically requested him this time. We will request him again when we have any plumbing issues.
Today, Robert went beyond just repairing the plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and sharing the correct supplies when minor issues arise. More importantly, he was honest, identified the problems, and corrected them to include cleaning non related item. Thank you very much.
Very professional ! Excellent service and value!
Very courteous and helpful. Pricing was reasonable and my installer knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. I will use Mr. Rooter again, and I can't recommend them enough.
Living in an older house has meant the need for frequent plumbing repairs & this company is great in terms of friendliness, being prompt & very professional.
We had Mr. Rooter out to repair our Water Fountain at the church. It was not draining properly. Mr. Rooter arrived within 2 hours of my call and had the drain flowing properly in less than an hour.
Mr Rooter has done multiple jobs for me. They installed a tankless water heater, a toilet, repaired a pipe in the wall that was damaged, and now they are repairing a drainage pipe from a sink that was not installed correctly years ago. They don't mind if you watch because they have nothing to hide from the customer.…
The company kept me informed from start to finish. Informed me that they would have to come back to complete the repair and they came back on time completed the work properly and made sure that everything was in order. And the price was a great value for the amount of work they did. I would highly recommend Mr. Reuter to anyone.
Incredibly kind and honest people, I’ll recommend them to everyone from now on.
Drazan and his team from Mr. Rooter came to the rescue! Our business had a major leak in an underground pipe. The quote I was given was fair and detailed, and the repair was done quickly, despite it being a major job. Thank you for the job well done!
During a dig for a pool in our backyard, the excavator hit our sewer line, rendering our house useless (a real inconvenience with two small kids!) Mark and Robert came out on a Saturday (their day off!) to help us get the sewer line repaired and rerouted. They did a meticulous job, keeping our pool design and plans…
Mark Foley is the best! I ask for him specifically whenever we having a plumbing issue. I have used this company for several years and have recommended them to many people.
Came in a timely fashion and alerted me 30 minutes before arrival. Offered 2 options for repair and completed it very quickly.

My renter could not make it out until two days later. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing they sent Mark Foley, a true hero. He was understanding and got the job done quick with plenty of expertise to spare. This was my first time using Mr. Rooter Plumbing and with service like this I'll definitely be returning for all my plumbing needs. Thanks again Mark.
I could not be more happy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South Nashville Service. He came out on a Saturday to look at my problem that another company had quoted to cost me 8800.00. Sandro and Mark were fantastic. Sandro had to come back the next day when he discovered our sixty-year-plus pipe had cracked. Him and Mark worked efficiently and repaired the clog AND the pipe. No more leaks! They were very respectful of our home and wore masks and shoe covers inside and took them off outside. They…
We have used Drezan and his team on multiple properties. I never have a concern that they did not complete the job correctly.
We had a leak at the main meter. They found and fixed the problem in no time. On time, professional and ended up being less that we anticipated. Would definitely call them again with any plumbing issues
