Technicians were fast, polite, and professional. Scope of work and pricing were clear at project outset. They informed me a projected part wasn’t needed and reduced the price accordingly. Always a good experience with Mrs Michaels.
The highest quality of analysis, installation, and communication we have ever had - at a very reasonable price, too. Both electrical and plumbing devisions are staffed by highly trained and knowledgeable technicians who in addition, are very personable, timely, and courteous. We highly recommend Mrs. Michael without reservation! ……… Bob & Nancy Bonner
