Carter went above and beyond to take care of any and all issues that he could. I would consider requesting him specifically next time I have an issue. The first plumber they sent out didn’t seem to put much effort into accurately diagnosing the problem, resulting in several more appointments on my time off when I…
Maurice helped us again - - this time andding a whole house surge protector. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Mrs. Michaels was exceptionally accommodating, working seamlessly with my schedule and specific needs to ensure the job was completed efficiently. They were prompt in arranging an estimate and equally swift in carrying out the work, all at a reasonable price. John, the technician assigned to my project, was both…
I had Madisyn come out to my property. She walked me through all of my issues, had answers for everything. In the end we were able to find the solution to my problem and everything is working great. Couldn’t be happier.
This company has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from the very first call for the estimate throughout completion of my breaker panel replacement, I highly recommend MIKE and will only use mister sparky going forward! Thanks again for everything!

They did a great job. It was a Sunday and they had someone here in a few hours. Very professional, thorough and friendly. Quality work.
They squeezed me in during a busy time and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and professional .
The technician Madisyn arrived on time and was very enthusiastic. She was shown the problem we were having and did a thorough inspection. It is an old house and the wiring was sub par at best. Madisyn was able to resolve our immediate problem and educated us on the state of our old wiring. Madisyn thoroughly…
Although my problem was a simple one, the technician was thorough with inspection and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Technician was neet and courteous and went over all home issues with me in Frank but understanding words with a true explanation of all my options. I would definitely call back to have other work done in my home.
Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. Pinpointed the problem and took care of it.
They were wonderful. We had an emergency situation and Mister Sparky came out right aways and helped. We had either a power surge or lightning hit during a storm, which fried our electrical panels and wiring coming in the home. Smoke filled our house. Brad from Mister Sparky came out right away and removed the…

Ben was just great - took care of our tripped circuit and then helped us out with something on our wishlist. His company, Mr. Sparky had the shortest wait time in the area.
After the power was restored last week after the storm, we experienced an outage. We had DTE come out and they said it was not their issue but something on our end. We contacted Mister Sparky and they were very fast at coming out to take a look. However, the tech never offered a diagnosis for the problem and told us…
The repairman Spence was very professional and informative. He explained everything clearly and made the needed repairs quickly. I highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone needing electrical repair.

Austin our technician, was amazing! He was very kind, professional and honest. Update to original review- Austin was back out today to help replace a ceiling fan that got zapped back when he was last out. They weren’t able to just find the part needed so they put in a new fan we purchased for free! Austin met my…

Matt and his partner were extremely friendly and professional. They wore their mask the entire time which I really appreciated. There was a snow storm the night before so I figured after they were gone I was going to have to clean up the house from the dirt, salt, and anything else they tracked in from outside but…
