I have used this company for HVAC, plumbing, and electric when fixing up my 1961 home. Excellent service, communication, quality and quick appt times. I won’t waste time on anyone else. They also give you multiple options for repairs and break downs of the costs.
I’ve used Mrs. Michaels twice now and both times they’ve been kind, quick, and efficient. Great people and fair prices. Michael was on time, kind, and honest with me about what should be done to my AC unit. I appreciated the advice and feedback.
The appointment was made in a timely manner. The technicon was professional and courteous. After the annual inspection, additional work was needed. He gave me an accurate time frame to complete it and arranged for the extra expense to be added to my loan.
Had maintenance done on ductwork. It was done efficiently and any issues were explained clearly.
