My dog loves Ms. Kitty's Pet Concierge. Thank you for taking care of Tay Tay! It's so convenient and Tanner loves when Steve comes to the door with other dog friends to go to "school."
I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule a meet and greet before booking. It was rescheduled several times, often last minute, with different explanations each time. I completely understand that things come up, but the repeated changes and lack of a firm plan made it hard to feel confident moving forward.…
Christina and Sara did a great job caring for our 4 cats. One cat required twice a day insulin shots. Even through he was reluctant to allow strangers to hold him, he received his shots as required. They did a great job keeping the house tidy and playing with the cats that were in a mood to play.
They did an amazing job taking care of pur cats. Great communication and service.
I love these pet people! After working with the team, I know they care for your pet like a member of their family. The level of customer care and knowledge this team has will make you feel confident about leaving your pet with them.
I’m sooo grateful I met Christina and her team. My furry babies had two sleep over nights and she sent pictures and videos . She responded quickly whenever I texted. She has a real passion for furry pet. I highly recommend her service .

Reliability is really important when it comes to pet care, so I ultimately chose another option.
My apologies Vanessa and I truly understand your frustrations. We are a small four person team and half of us have been taken out by the flu. I in no way want to share our cooties with you. Ive given an alternative option of meeting with my "right hand man", steve this evening (who has not been taken out by the flu) but I havent heard back from you. Again, my apologies. Its not my style to continue to delay but I really dont want to get you sick. I hope you'll respond to my text but if not, I wish you luck with finding someone to love on your fur baby!

Wow! I love Ms Kitty and her Pet Concierge Team! From the first time I met Christina I knew her love for our fur babies goes deep! She and her fur family love and care for our fur family! I always know my sweet senior Shea is taken care of from a short walk to a long walk to an overnight! Shea is always happy when she sees the purple shirts that their brand wears! I highly recommend them!
