My Backyard Sports at a glance
Customers frequently highlight punctuality, responsive communication, and fair pricing when describing their experiences with basketball court installations and resurfacing. Recurring themes include the quality of custom designs, such as logos and lines, and the team's ability to accommodate specific project timelines. A common criticism in lower-rated reviews involves delays in installation scheduling or insufficient proactive communication, which required customers to follow up independently to resolve issues.

Working with Jake and the whole team was a delight. Jonathan who actually did the resurfacing of our courts went above and behind and did an excellent job resurfacing as well as giving me tips on how to maintain them moving forward. Highly recommend.

Workmanship, communication, knowledge and flexibility were all top notch. Our kids, kids’ friends and our “adult” friends all love our basketball/ pickle ball court. The MBS team worked with us on payments, changes to the logos and colors, and even got us finished in time for our son’s 10th bday party! Highly recommend…

We used My Backyard Sports for installation of a tennis court with sports tiles at a Condo Development in Northern New Jersey we manage. The court looks great, and the team was quick, responsive, and available for any questions we had. Highly recommend and look forward to using them on future projects.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI wish every business and every project manager had the same quality service. Everything from very beginning to the very end was perfect: communication (no matter day or night, the project manager Mike was responding immediately), the design, the colors, the customized logo, the sizing, and the quality of the tiles is absolutely unreal. Every small piece of this floor (even drainage and cushion) feels great looks great, fits great!!!! I was checking with multiple companies before I signed with this one! It’s unbelievable, but the price for my floor was significantly lower than others. So, I was surprised when my floor arrived. Honestly, I didn’t expect the highest quality ever!!! I built the court for my 14 year old son, who graduated from middle school with straight As, and who playing basketball since he was 5. We have his basketball team over very often now, so, they practice between the official practices. Also my son said that his next birthday party will definitely be at his basketball court 😂 My son now feels like he has no choice, but be the best and make it to NBA since he has his own basketball court! We are absolutely grateful for the services, and for the product, and for the price. Could not be better! Installing process was easy as well. We didn’t need anything, but hammer, to install it. Just pay attention to the numbers on the boxes (it tells you in which order to open it) Dang, this is the longest review I ever wrote! Well, pics will tell you all!.

Review from Google · view on GoogleOur tennis courts are located in Briar Hill Villas in West Orange, NJ. They hadn't been properly maintained over the years and were virtually not in playable condition. We decided to have resurfaced and configured to accommodate both tennis and pickleball. We received several proposals and after viewing various installations and talking to customers, we decided to go forward with My Backyard Sports. Every step of the way we were informed of the progress. The people who worked on our project were professional in every aspect. The entire project took approximately two months and, as promised, was completed by Labor Day. The residents are thrilled and the courts are getting a lot of use. Thanks to Mike, Jake, Jonathan, Gustavo, Victor and the rest of the My Backyard Sports team. Bravo....Job Well Done!!

Review from Google · view on GoogleFinally decided to get the professionally installed basketball goal I’ve always wanted, and MBS did not disappoint. I could not have asked for better communication, and it looks absolutely incredible. Looking forward to many years of play, and I would definitely use MBS again in the future.
