We've been leasing through NAI Mid Michigan for the past 16 months, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The team is not only highly professional but also genuinely personable and easy to work with. Every interaction we've had with them has been smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Our property looks great, and is very well maintained. They are responsive to their tenants and go the extra mile to ensure a positive renting experience. In our opinion these are the most important qualities in a good property manager. We highly recommend NAI Mid Michigan!
