First off, They charge $500 to do a service one time. It’s a penalty for not signing up for continued service. I highly recommend Native Peat Control. Adelina who is my service rep has been treating a problem for ants. For about 3 weeks. We would think that we got them taken care of, and then they would reappear. Do not do termite treatment with them. I bought the dry wood treatment. A year later they said that I have sub termites and try to sell me another treatment. Four other companies came to my house, inspected and determined they are not sub, they are dry wood. The picture the technician took are laughable.

Just canceled my account with them. After they’ve been taking my money for 3+ years, I explained to them I’m still having a pest issue and I’m going to try my own measures.
