Reginald was very meticulous in preparing for servicing the designated rooms; came with ladder to be able to access the attic spaces and covered shoes with mitts. He was very polite and was thorough in extracting and resetting traps. He provided service with a smile.

Hakeem was my Technician and was very informative and friendly before during and after my service would absolutely try to get him for your service

My tech, Kyle, was professional, polite and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain everything. Whenever I have an issue, I call Native and they're more than happy to come as soon as possible. Great service. We have the yearly contract, which we find well worth it!

Luis did a thorough inspection of our home. No concerning activity was detected. Native Pest is NOT inexpensive but they do a good job. Overall good communication, on time arrival and good results.

The technician (Brandon) did a thorough job inspecting my home for any indications of pests and made some suggestions on how to deal with any issues he identified. We have been with native pest control for almost a year. We have received nothing but excellent service from this company. The technicians are highly trained in her thorough with their work. They are highly responsive when called. There technician Reggie was extremely professional and thorough with his examination and treatment.

After so many months of patiently waiting and tearing my kitchen apart to try to eliminate the roach problem that was apparently brought in by the Amazon boxes. Great company who are very responsive. When I signed on, I called multiple companies and they were the first and only to callback within 24 hours. Service has been great and we love Dax, our tech. He gets what we need done and is quick and efficient.

Dax Was our representative from native pest management. Extremely professional did a thorough investigation of the interior and exterior. The home gave us some great suggestions for pest control management and our kitchen area and similar areas of the home extremely happy with the service that was provided. Ricky was great! Very pleasant & friendly, answered all questions, and gave us ‘bug tips’! Per usual, I’ve always been very pleased with the ‘bug technicians’ from Native Pest.

Everyone was very nice, polite and answered my questions. I have a problem with ants. And a few spiders who propbably love ants and find them a tasty treat!!! The visit took around 40 minutes and he was on time. It’s my first experience with pest control and I would recommend the company.
