Luis Lopez is the BEST tech! In addition to taking care of all our ornamentals, we have a Tiki that had a weird infestation going on. He actually took the time and researched the situation BEFORE arriving. Who does that anymore?? He also followed up with me to be sure I am not seeing anything. Seriously??
