I chose Native because they were the first ones to answer my call, right there at the moment, no voicemail or 5-hour wait for a phone call. Very professional, courteous, and thorough service. Inspector Neil and Technician Paul did a great job. Hard to find these days, but I wish all service companies were like Native Pest Management. Highly recommended!

Native Pest Control answered my request for assistance very quickly. Zachary, my account manager, came out and thoroughly explained what Native Pest Control can do and how, the education that the staff receives and our options for treatment. We are very happy with the service and the cost. Very fair pricing.

Even though my initial contact with their answering service was terrible and after I spoke with a manager to complain, I decided to give them a chance. I paid $800 to fix the points of entry in my attic and install traps. They were excellent to contact me… Read full review
