Casc and Manny were great! Very friendly and detailed.

My technician Lisette is awesome as usual. She has the knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, respect and great listening ear required for getting the job done right.

Highly recommend Native Pest Management! Our technician Irma is fantastic! Nigel is OK too, but not as awesome as Irma. (J/K he’s also wonderful!) Everyone I’ve interacted with is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Lisette was superb! Very thorough and professional. She wore a mask and booties, conducted a very thorough inspection, explained where we had some problems attracting ants and came back 2 weeks later to follow up. It doesn’t get any better as far as customer service is concerned. A+++ Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thanks Lisette

This a great company , I recommend. Paul is the best, so caring, personable and knowledgeable. He always does an amazing job.

Always happy with Native’s service, but Ramiro was FANTASTIC. he called before he got here, spent a long time clearing dead bugs inside, spider webs from screened enclosure, and then came inside to look at a few problem areas. He put on shoe guards when he came in and was masked the whole time. I appreciate Ramiro and his professionalism and diligence!

Romiro was on time and super friendly! He explained everything he did and answered all of our questions. We held off on calling an exterminator because it seemed like a hassle, but Native Pest Management made everything very easy and painless.

Lissette came out last week and did an excellent job spraying! I had a ton of bugs flying around every time I walked in my backyard and they are gone now! Very kind, sweet person and very helpful! This company is a life saver. I moved into my brand new house only to find out that it was terribly INFESTED with cockroaches after we already moved our stuff in.
