Erin OTool is incredibly talented and a true expert in his field. I’ve been going to him for over 20 years, and I’m always happy with my cut and style. Kory was so professional and did such a great cut. She has great attention to detail and made me so comfortable. I was taken care of the moment I walked through the door. The ladies working out front immediately offered me refreshments and then later, refilled my tea. I can't say enough good things about Natural Alternatives at Western Plaza.
I can’t say enough about this place. I recommend it to so many family friends and they love it. Ben is amazing. He truly knows what your hair needs. My husband spends two hours in the spa as well. Vanna is amazing as well. I do not go anywhere else for my hair.

This was my first experience with the salon. Its in a great location. Everyone was very approachable, kind and accommodating. The products are great. I left with my hiar feeling the best in years. I do plan on going back for a possible gray blending and textured layers.
