Bill was very helpful and nice! I paid less for an oil change and ac installment here than for the ac installment alone at another place I had gotten a quote from. The service was quick too! Highly recommend
They are outstanding. They have never let me down and are the most capable honest mechanics I’ve ever known.🙌
Service (Compressor replacement) was fast and inexpensive compared to many other mechanics. They also didn’t talk to me like I was stupid and didn’t try to sell me additional services, which is unfortunately extremely hard to come by as a female. The facility was clean, quiet, and spacious and is located in a nice,…
Spoke with Bill about AC Service and brakes. He told us our brakes were in good shape and didn't need service. He service our AC system and did an excellent job for a good price. He took the time to explain what his plan was and afterward explained everything that was done. We were very pleased with them and would recommend them.
This is the most honest reputable auto repair business I have ever worked with. There have been times when they could have overcharged me and did not. They are reliable and honest. I just cannot recommend them enough!!! And they are local, not part of a corporate chain. That is a big deal to me.
Replaced my Heater Core, Evaporator Core and 5 Blend Door actuators . The had to remove the entire dash board, center console and front seat in order to access all of those fixes
This place is awesome!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and priced very fairly. They have even suggested cheaper alternatives to me for expensive jobs. Their text estimates and invoices make everything so simple! I am so glad that I found this auto shop. They are the best!!
We love NC Complete, they have kept older cars running well, with regular oil changes and service, but not upselling things we don't need. There was a noise, we suspected a wheel bearing, and that was it! It was fixed quickly and completely a new driving experience. Thanks to this great local garage.
I highly recommend NC Complete Auto Care upon the basis of their honesty in the work they have done for me. They are realistic and fair when it comes to diagnosing & determining what your vehicle needs, and are diligent in ordering quality replacement parts needed for your vehicle that you can trust long term.
