I believe customers deserve a clear explanation of the repair process and a fair, transparent labor charge. Based on my experience, I would advise others to ask for a detailed explanation and confirm the labor cost before approving any repair.

Our labor charges are based on standardized manufacturer labor time guidelines provided through our estimating software, rather than the exact time a technician takes to complete a repair. Completing the work sooner than expected therefore does not reduce the quoted labor charge.
The same principle protects customers when a repair takes longer. For example, if a job is quoted at four labor hours but requires six hours to complete, we do not charge for those additional hours.
We explain the recommended work and associated costs and obtain customer approval before proceeding. We regret any lack of clarity during your visit and welcome the opportunity to review your invoice with you and address any remaining questions.

Simple state inspection. Called to check on availability and got an appointment slot. The young lady at the desk was cheerful and knowledgeable. Arrived 10 min early and was checked in immediately. Brought a book and srink for the wait but only got thru2 pages and half a drink. Great to make an appointment and have it met. Not my fist visit - they consistantly Exceed expectations.
