I just moved into the Cary/Raleigh area and found NC Complete Auto Care for an Oil Change and my State Inspection. Easily set up a time and date to get these completed. Everyone was very thorough and had both done in an hour! Will be going back and 10/10 recommend!
Simple state inspection. Called to check on availability and got an appointment slot. The young lady at the desk was cheerful and knowledgeable. Arrived 10 min early and was checked in immediately. Brought a book and srink for the wait but only got thru2 pages and half a drink. Great to make an appointment and…

This is the third time I’ve used NC auto for an oil change since I moved to the area. NC has always been very friendly, fast and on time with their service. They came recommended by a family member and now I’m recommending them to everyone in the area. I Discovered a small leak under my car which they diagnosed and…
I went in for an oil change and an estimate on work that I know needs to be done. Bill took the time to show me what was needed and was honest about the lack of urgency, no pressure. I will definitely go back for the repair, Oil change was quick and reasonable.
Engine light was on. They diagnosed the issue and promptly changed out a vacuum hose that was cracked and leaking.
I have been using NC Complete Auto Care for about a year and have been pleased with every visit. They have always quicklytaken care of my issue without pressure to do other things. I see no reason to go anywhere else for auto services.
The best in Cary, honest ,caring, courteous, I truly can't say enough. Been using them since they opened shop and I recommend to anybody I know and even strangers!
Never going anywhere else for car maintenance as long as I live in the area. Reasonable prices, and honest people.
Excellent service.
I made my appointment online and that was very convenient. I had an oil change and they were finished in under a half hour.
Excellent customer service. Friendly + professional. Explained the process and work completely. Definitely a top choice.
Bill was very helpful and nice! I paid less for an oil change and ac installment here than for the ac installment alone at another place I had gotten a quote from. The service was quick too! Highly recommend
They are outstanding. They have never let me down and are the most capable honest mechanics I’ve ever known.🙌
I went in to have my car serviced and it was a very friendly place I have been coming here for about 3years now and it’s always the same quick service and I will be back again thank you for what you do
I’ve been there twice and have always been treated so nicely. I will be taking all my business there in the future.
Best place to bring your car by far. Bill is the absolute GOAT and will take care of you. Honest, helpful, and no BS! I’ll never bring my cars anywhere else.
Always friendly, fast, & efficient. I called to schedule an appointment and I was able to get the day and time I requested. Something came up and I had to change the time. They made the change, no problem. Then I showed up two (2) hours early and I didn't have long to wait. I was in and out in an hour. Best customer service ever!
NC Complete Auto car staff is absolutely amazing! So personal and warm with conversations. They are the quintessential neighborhood business! Evan and Bill are the best, they truly look out for your best interest.
