I just moved into the Cary/Raleigh area and found NC Complete Auto Care for an Oil Change and my State Inspection. Easily set up a time and date to get these completed. Everyone was very thorough and had both done in an hour! Will be going back and 10/10 recommend!
Simple state inspection. Called to check on availability and got an appointment slot. The young lady at the desk was cheerful and knowledgeable. Arrived 10 min early and was checked in immediately. This is the third time I’ve used NC auto for an oil change since I moved to the area. NC has always been very friendly, fast and on time with their service. I went in for an oil change and an estimate on work that I know needs to be done. Bill took the time to show me what was needed and was honest about the lack of urgency, no pressure. I will definitely go back for the repair, Oil change was quick and reasonable.
Engine light was on. They diagnosed the issue and promptly changed out a vacuum hose that was cracked and leaking.
I have been using NC Complete Auto Care for about a year and have been pleased with every visit. They have always quicklytaken care of my issue without pressure to do other things. I see no reason to go anywhere else for auto services.
The best in Cary, honest ,caring, courteous, I truly can't say enough. Been using them since they opened shop and I recommend to anybody I know and even strangers!
Never going anywhere else for car maintenance as long as I live in the area. Reasonable prices, and honest people.
Excellent service.
I made my appointment online and that was very convenient. I had an oil change and they were finished in under a half hour.
Excellent customer service. Friendly + professional. Explained the process and work completely. Definitely a top choice.
Bill was very helpful and nice! I paid less for an oil change and ac installment here than for the ac installment alone at another place I had gotten a quote from. The service was quick too! Highly recommend
They are outstanding. They have never let me down and are the most capable honest mechanics I’ve ever known.🙌
I went in to have my car serviced and it was a very friendly place I have been coming here for about 3years now and it’s always the same quick service and I will be back again thank you for what you do
I’ve been there twice and have always been treated so nicely. I will be taking all my business there in the future.
Best place to bring your car by far. Bill is the absolute GOAT and will take care of you. Honest, helpful, and no BS! I’ll never bring my cars anywhere else.
Always friendly, fast, & efficient. I called to schedule an appointment and I was able to get the day and time I requested. Something came up and I had to change the time. They made the change, no problem. Then I showed up two (2) hours early and I didn't have long to wait. I was in and out in an hour. Best customer service ever!
NC Complete Auto car staff is absolutely amazing! So personal and warm with conversations. They are the quintessential neighborhood business! Evan and Bill are the best, they truly look out for your best interest.
I really like their setup, and they're extremely polite and thorough. Would highly recommend.
I just continue to have great experiences at NC Complete Auto Care. I have been taking all of our cars here for service. The online appointment making works well and they get me in and out quickly. They do work that needs to be done, for a fair price, and if you don't need something done, they will tell you so you…
Bill communicated what the issues were and what needed to be done. He sent pictures of the areas that needed repair. Overall, great communication.
I purchased a used car and took it here to be inspected. I received an honest and thorough evaluation of the car. I recently had an oil change. The service was prompt and the price was reasonable, with very professional and friendly technicians. I highly recommend NC Complete Auto Care for all your auto maintenance and repairs!

Oil change and check up. Inspection for registration renewal
I have a 2017 Honda Accord which I had been bringing here now for a couple of years. I moved away from the area, and tried someone else out of convenience. Big MISTAKE! I'm back where i always left satisfied. I'll continue to make them a place of service for family.
Great service! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable
Fast and efficient and reasonable prices and friendly guys. Fully recommended
Did the work, did it quickly and for a fair price. Refreshing to find a shop that does what needs to be done and doesn’t try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary overpriced junk. We will definitely be back with our other vehicles when needed.
Great customer service. I have taken my car to them for different services and am always pleased with prompt service which is honest and reliable.
This is the most honest reputable auto repair business I have ever worked with. There have been times when they could have overcharged me and did not. They are reliable and honest. I just cannot recommend them enough!!! And they are local, not part of a corporate chain. That is a big deal to me.
Very professional and extremely efficient and effective. Definitely my go-to auto care for all my 4 cars!
