I went in for an oil change and an estimate on work that I know needs to be done. Bill took the time to show me what was needed and was honest about the lack of urgency, no pressure. I will definitely go back for the repair, Oil change was quick and reasonable.
Engine light was on. They diagnosed the issue and promptly changed out a vacuum hose that was cracked and leaking.
I have been using NC Complete Auto Care for about a year and have been pleased with every visit. They have always quicklytaken care of my issue without pressure to do other things. I see no reason to go anywhere else for auto services.

We love NC Complete, they have kept older cars running well, with regular oil changes and service, but not upselling things we don't need.
