I just moved into the Cary/Raleigh area and found NC Complete Auto Care for an Oil Change and my State Inspection. Easily set up a time and date to get these completed. Everyone was very thorough and had both done in an hour! Will be going back and 10/10 recommend!
Excellent as usual. Service is friendly, prompt and always a good experience. These guys are honest as the day is long and I highly recommend them.
Efficient and explained well
From my experience, this really top-flight place. Very knowledgeable, experienced personnel and engaged friendly front desk personnel too. Superior customer seating area, with TV, and information flow. Cookies, water cooler and ground coffee for the making.
Excellent service and knowledgeable about my concerns!
Had been here for NC state inspection. Went smoothly. Just had to wait 15 minutes. Great experience.
My inspection was quick and easy.
I have been using NC Complete Auto Care for about a year and have been pleased with every visit. They have always quicklytaken care of my issue without pressure to do other things. I see no reason to go anywhere else for auto services.
Quick, polite, and thorough. I barely had time to get settled before my inspection was done. And friendly, as always
The best in Cary, honest ,caring, courteous, I truly can't say enough. Been using them since they opened shop and I recommend to anybody I know and even strangers!
Never going anywhere else for car maintenance as long as I live in the area. Reasonable prices, and honest people.
Great customer service! Got the state inspection and maintenance done really quickly.
I scheduled an inspection and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff was super courteous and friendly. I'll definitely go back for upcoming maintenance and any repairs in the future.
The front desk persons are always pleasant and communicate very well. They are fast in oil changes and inspections. I never stayed more than 30 minutes! Their prices are very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised that instead of $30 state inspection fee, the front desk told me that I only needed a safety inspection…
This is my go-to shop. I trust them, and that’s saying a lot, because I am distrusting of most auto shops. These guys have done a lot of work for me on all of my vehicles and when they notice it is something they know some other shop handle better, they have pointed me towards that shop. Bill and the rest of the…
Best place to bring your car by far. Bill is the absolute GOAT and will take care of you. Honest, helpful, and no BS! I’ll never bring my cars anywhere else.
I’ve been coming here for my annual inspections for the past two years and plan to continue as long as I’m in Cary. The owner is awesome, honest, and truly cares about his customers. I never worry about unnecessary fees or upselling like you sometimes see at other auto care centers. Last year, he inspected my car…
Always friendly, fast, & efficient. I called to schedule an appointment and I was able to get the day and time I requested. Something came up and I had to change the time. They made the change, no problem. Then I showed up two (2) hours early and I didn't have long to wait. I was in and out in an hour. Best customer service ever!
Have used this place twice and both times they have been quick, honest and super friendly! I tell everyone I know with a car about this place! I will use them for everything car related!
I really like their setup, and they're extremely polite and thorough. Would highly recommend.
