The best in Cary, honest ,caring, courteous, I truly can't say enough. Been using them since they opened shop and I recommend to anybody I know and even strangers!
Excellent customer service. Friendly + professional. Explained the process and work completely. Definitely a top choice.
Thanks for the speedy state inspection this morning, I actually ended up getting my Miata inspected somewhere closer to home as it's easier to deal with than driving in traffic. Awesome waiting room, modern amenities like a dealership, friendly staff no pushy sales! Will certainly be back in the future! Thanks again! -Patrick
Quick, friendly service! I will be back 👍
As a first-time client, I had a great experience. I was greeted kindly and serviced well and quick.
I’ve been there twice and have always been treated so nicely. I will be taking all my business there in the future.
Good service and helpful post service talk on some other queries with the car. Very helpful and sweet staff
This is my go-to shop. I trust them, and that’s saying a lot, because I am distrusting of most auto shops. These guys have done a lot of work for me on all of my vehicles and when they notice it is something they know some other shop handle better, they have pointed me towards that shop. Bill and the rest of the…
Best place to bring your car by far. Bill is the absolute GOAT and will take care of you. Honest, helpful, and no BS! I’ll never bring my cars anywhere else.
Have used this place twice and both times they have been quick, honest and super friendly! I tell everyone I know with a car about this place! I will use them for everything car related!
Pleasant and knowledgeable people with wonderful prices.
I just continue to have great experiences at NC Complete Auto Care. I have been taking all of our cars here for service. The online appointment making works well and they get me in and out quickly. They do work that needs to be done, for a fair price, and if you don't need something done, they will tell you so you…
Quick and easy
I purchased a used car and took it here to be inspected. I received an honest and thorough evaluation of the car. I recently had an oil change. The service was prompt and the price was reasonable, with very professional and friendly technicians. I highly recommend NC Complete Auto Care for all your auto maintenance and repairs!
Bill was very welcoming and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

We’ve been taking our cars to NC complete auto care for last few years and they have always been very responsive, and always a delight to work with. I highly recommend them.
NC Auto is a great place to have your car repaired. They are friendly and fair. I take all my cars to them for service and they never gave me the run around. They fix it right the first time. I always recommend them when asked about car repairs. They are great people to do business with. 👏 👏 👏
