Set appointment same day. Very pleased with the service received. Friendly and professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend Nick
Work completed as requested price quote was accurate
There is always a level of apprehension and anxiety when you take your automobile to any mechanic (franchise or independent). Are the mechanics trustworthy? Will they try to nickel-and-dime me to get more money? Will they misdiagnose an issue, fix the wrong problem, then charge me again to fix the part they didn't…
Went for alignment and rotate/balance tires. They were great. In and out in 45 minutes (made appointment) AND alignment was unnecessary so no charge on that.
I have been going to these fellas for 15+ years with 3 different vehicles. I also refer ppl to them. They are always honest even if it means customers go elsewhere. They take pride in fixing our vehicles because they know the struggles of life without one. They work off appointments however in serious cases they…
Bill and staff always do a great job and take care of my car
Courteous and professional staff. They diagnosed and solved the problem efficiently. They shared the details and price quote before they did the work. I am going back to this NC Complete auto care for all my auto mechanic needs and services . Thank you
Bill took care of us - got my car in, gave it to us straight, and got the work done well.
This place is awesome!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and priced very fairly. They have even suggested cheaper alternatives to me for expensive jobs. Their text estimates and invoices make everything so simple! I am so glad that I found this auto shop. They are the best!!
Work was done fast and prices were better than expected.
Best car maintenance and repair shop around!!! I love these guys. They are honest, knowledgeable, and have great work ethic. I recommend 10/10. Been coming here over 5 years strong.
We love NC Complete, they have kept older cars running well, with regular oil changes and service, but not upselling things we don't need. There was a noise, we suspected a wheel bearing, and that was it! It was fixed quickly and completely a new driving experience. Thanks to this great local garage.
Thank you so much for your great work recently on my Hyundai. I am grateful for your generosity for doing an excellent service. I appreciate Bill for taking the time and effort for helping me the clear details to the task. You guys earn my five stars service. 🙏🙏🙏 Kevin
Needed a 4-wheel alignment after putting on new tires (old tires had been ruined by lack of alignment). Dropped it off at shop and less than two hours later got a call that it was done.
Everyone was friendly and the service was quick and well.
Honest, dependable, and fair. I’ve been coming here for years, during my last visit I had an alignment done. Bill was helpful (and funny) checking me in, explained everything before they got started, and had me out in about twenty minutes. I’ve always felt respected and had great service at NC Complete, and will…
Great folks and my trusted mechanic for all services. The first time they worked on one of my vehicles (an old beat up car from the rust belt); they politely explained that an alignment was impossible - much of the suspension needed to be replaced. Rather than trying to sell their services to me for more than the…
This place is fantastic. Great environment, you walk in and feel almost at-home. The guys are easy to talk to, very helpful and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!
Referred to NC Complete Auto Care by the tire shop that installed my new tires. NC Complete Auto Care was able to work me in on a busy Saturday and had the alignment done in less than an hour. I asked about some of the specifications before and after and they were awesome in explaining in detail what they meant.…
My husband and I go exclusively to these guys! They take really great care of us every time we come in, and always remember us. I never feel overcharged, or taken advantage of. I recommend coming here over any big chain! You are more than a number there, and they really care! Every time my car makes a noise, I'm there! Hahaha! Seriously, check them out!
