We had a great experience with NextGen Irrigation. From the first meeting, Steve was the most knowledgeable and informative out of all the companies we spoke with. He took the time to explain everything, including the system layout, coverage, and equipment, and made sure we understood exactly how everything would work. What really stood out was that Steve was the only person who recommended a separate zone for the grass across the sidewalk instead of just spraying over the sidewalk and wasting water. That attention to detail and focus on doing things the right way made a big impression on us. The installation crew was fantastic as well. They showed up on time, kept everything neat, and did a great job explaining the installation process. They also walked us through the irrigation app and made it easy to use. Overall, NextGen was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation system.
