Jeff and his team are great. Nothing less than excellent customer services over the years. I have been going to Nisstech Imports for many years for both my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle. He has watched my daughter grow up over the years and now driving her own vehicle there to be serviced. No vehicle purchases…
11-19-2025 - I can't imagine going anywhere else for my 2013 Infiniti. Jeff and his team know everything about my car, and complete whatever work I need quickly and thoroughly. August, 2025 - Jeff did a great job on my Infiniti and got it back to me in a timely manner! I would recommend him to anyone.
I have written many reviews over the years regarding the excellent service and customer care provided by Jeff, Rick, and the Nisstech team. Again, it is a pleasure to write that their advice and mechanical expertise are top-notch, and I would challenge anyone to find better pricing. As a customer for nearly 20…
My 2012 Infiniti G37x normally goes to Infiniti of Charlotte for regular maintenance. During my last visit, they discovered that my Valve Cover Gaskets were leaking and that the service would cost $1300. Thinking that I could find a better deal, I looked around and found many shops. However, when narrowed down to…

Jeff and his team are great. They've done mutiple jobs on my 2006 G35X and its been amazing work and customer service every time! Definitely recommend calling these MASTER TECHs anytime!
Nisstech did a great job with our engine replacement and installing a replacement exhaust system. I would definitely recommend them for your Nissan or Infinity service!
Jeff and and staff are always looking out for your best interests. They are honest efficient and reasonable. What more can ask for!
Had Cooling Fan, Radiator, Thermostat and AC all worked on. Jeff handled everything wonderfully from the beginning even over Easter weekend. I knew I was in good hands when the Tow Truck driver knew Jeff as soon as I mentioned where it was going and he stated that it is in good hands.
As always Jeff is thorough and professional. He stays in touch with what the problem is and how much repair will cost. No surprises. I highly recommend this business!
Nisstech is a great company to do business with. They are reliable, professional and there pricing is very reasonable. I have been using there service for many years and I have always had great satisfaction. They are honest which is hard to find today. I travel from the Boone N.C. because I know I will be…
Great work. Great people
If you have a Nissan, don’t bring it anywhere else for work. Jeff is honest and very knowledgeable and has probably seen every issue related to Nissan. Brought my sons Xterra in when it wouldn’t rev past 3k rpms. Jeff diagnosed the bad plug wires and the bad distributor, even though there were no codes. I will never…
