Mr. Jeff Underwood was exceptional. He called us 1st thing in the morning and was very attentive to what we had to say. He researched our cars history and made recommendations.
Jeff was professional and friendly.
Jeff and his team are great. Nothing less than excellent customer services over the years. I have been going to Nisstech Imports for many years for both my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle. He has watched my daughter grow up over the years and now driving her own vehicle there to be serviced. No vehicle purchases…
From the start they delivered on their word. I am so happy I found a trustworthy car repair service for my Infiniti. They are straight shooters. No hidden details. Transparent with all the questions I asked. And my car was finished a day early!!! And Jeff is always so friendly—with all his customers. I waited…
Had AC blower motor replaced on a 2012 Nissan Sentra. I got vehicle back quicker than expected, and AC works perfectly. Jeff is great to work with
Always satisfied with the experience and results.
Professional and honest service. Highly recommend Nisstech Imports.
I’m glad my son told me about this Nissan/Infiniti specialist. They have now serviced my car twice. The first time was to repair a faulty fuel sensor that baffled the dealership and caused me to waste $1600. Jeff at Nisstech actually studied bulletins and online resources and diagnosed the problem. The repair…

I have written many reviews over the years regarding the excellent service and customer care provided by Jeff, Rick, and the Nisstech team. Wonderful to find such high quality work and practical advice to keep my Frontier running to perfection.
As always, I had a great experience with my recent oil change. So much better than dealing with the dealership.
We absolutely love the service we received each and every time. I’ve been a customer for over 7 years will continue coming thank you for doing a great job
Nisstech is the only place i go for service and repairs (and tires). 100% honest...they only use factory parts and are just as good as dealer (if not better) at reasonable cost. They will never recommend anything thats unnecessary and treat your vehicle as if it was their vehicle. If you own a nissan or Infiniti, you should be going to Nisstech.
The guys here are honest and professional. I've taken my vehicles here for years and they always provide quality service. If you have a Nissan or Infiniti this is the place to go to maintain your vehicles.

I could not have asked for better service! While we had several concerns, Jeff was honest regarding priority/required fixes and while keeping in mind safety avoided fixing items unnecessarily. I would highly recommend my friends and family to use his service for sure!
Friendly staff, quick and efficient service
Good service but what they needed to do for my car they should have done it the first time.
Nisstech is the best place for your nissan. Jeff and his team are the greatest.

Got referred through facebook. They say do it once right, or end up doing it twice. I have looked around for a good mechanic for years. Finally I found one.
