Jeff is always fair and honest. He won't do work that doesn't need to be done. I hope they never retire!!!
Jeff and his team are great. Nothing less than excellent customer services over the years. I have been going to Nisstech Imports for many years for both my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle. He has watched my daughter grow up over the years and now driving her own vehicle there to be serviced. No vehicle purchases…
Best of the Best in Car Care and Customer Service.
From the start they delivered on their word. I am so happy I found a trustworthy car repair service for my Infiniti. They are straight shooters. No hidden details. Transparent with all the questions I asked. And my car was finished a day early!!! And Jeff is always so friendly—with all his customers. I waited…

First time customer. Now a future repeat customer. Very straight forward with work being performed as well as what might be a problem down the road. No worries about this business.A pleasure to find an honest shop that cares about quality and you. Thanks Jeff.
This was my second visit to see Jeff at Nisstech. To say that he is good and provides excellent customer service is an understatement.
I have written many reviews over the years regarding the excellent service and customer care provided by Jeff, Rick, and the Nisstech team. Again, it is a pleasure to write that their advice and mechanical expertise are top-notch, and I would challenge anyone to find better pricing. As a customer for nearly 20…
I have been taking my vehicles to Jeff for over 20 years. He is an honest and hardworking guy.
Nisstech is the only place i go for service and repairs (and tires). 100% honest...they only use factory parts and are just as good as dealer (if not better) at reasonable cost. They will never recommend anything thats unnecessary and treat your vehicle as if it was their vehicle. If you own a nissan or Infiniti, you should be going to Nisstech.
They are very professional, courteous, on time with getting you service, clean facility, overall excellent experience.
I’ve always had a great experience when I go to Nisstech Imports, and as I watch how they treat other customers, i know they are also getting great service for the money they pay. They fixed a low tire pressure light that had been burning for 2 years and didn’t charge me a penny. One of the local Nissan dealers…

Jeff and his crew do work in a timely manner and at a fair price. I have been doing business with Nisstech for 21 years and have never questioned their ability to repair my vehicles. They "go the distance" and so do I since I moved to Indian Land ,SC I still keep my vehicle serviced there! While there waiting for my…

I have been going to Nisstech for years! Jeff, the owner is extremely knowledgeable about Nissan's and has kept my 250,000 mile Armada running like new! I highly recommend his shop for any services needed...big or small!

From our first conversation on the phone Jeff and his team were amazing. They were quick to assess diagnose, and fix my car. I will definitely be using Nisstech for all future services on my car. Friendly, trustworthy, and great communication.
Its just a great warm place, they take personal interest. In you and your car. Plus they are very honest.
Oil change performed in good amount of time. I was also notified of a recall of which I was not aware. No masks on employees but I waited outside.
Jeff is the best! I was told by the dealer I needed to replace a part over 2 yrs ago and I took my car to Jeff and he said all he sees is normal wear and tear nothing needed to be replaced. While waiting for my vehicle I hear other horror stories of dealers over charging customers. I trust Jeff with my car and…

Fair price and they fixed my car in one day. Highly Recommend Nisstech
Jeff and team at NissTech are great to work with. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and the service is great. They’re the only ones in Charlotte I trust with my 300zx.
I have been taking my cars to Jeff at Nisstech since 1994. I've had 2 Maximas and 2 Infinitys and they have kept them all in great shape. Replaced an engine in one when I neglected it. Keeping my G37 running great. Jeff is as honest as they come and I am honored to be a loyal customer and friend.
