I DON’T often leave reviews!! But, I’ved used Nixxit for the past few years and the number one thing I love about Nixxit is that they don’t try to hit you with surprises at the end and when they’re finished, they leave the area so clean you won’t even remember you had junk to begin with. Sarah you are the best!
The crew from Nixxit was great. They showed up within the time slot I requested. They hauled two tall wine coolers down 30+ steps from my house and had both of them on their truck within 30 minutes of their arrival. They were very careful while maneuvering them out of the house and down the stairs. I would definitely hire them again!
Do not hesitate to hire. Fair assessment and pricing with a dedicated team. When they completed the job with a courteous sweep, and some provided bags I knew the two hauls worth the effort.
Real people, a real mission! It is ssuch a relief to speak w real people - start to finish! I am hopeful that my working refrigerator will be donated instead of disposed. If so, it was worth the price. Thank you, Nixxit!
Very helpful and quick great service
Quick, professional service, and was able to get same day pick ups.
Great communication and timely pick-up. Always a pleasure to work with the Nixxit team when we are in need of junk removal from our office.
Great local business. We recently went through a home remodel and had items to remove. Easy to schedule online or via phone. I’ve used them twice now in a few weeks and their crews are super respectful, courteous and prompt. I’ll definitely use them every time I have big items to dispose of.
This review is way overdue! I’ve hired Nixxit four or five times over the past year for a range of decluttering projects, and every experience has been fantastic. I finally found a dependable, fairly and openly priced junk/donation hauler for my large scale estate clearing business…Nixxit! I am most impressed though with the quality of their employees. I can’t recommend Nixxit enough!
Very fast, friendly and professional. They had all my junk out in less than an hour and were so nice.
Super fast & efficient turn around. Called one afternoon and picked up the next for a reasonable price. Win win for both parties
What a great experience. The communication and service is truly second to none. I contacted Nixxit on a Thursday afternoon and had a FaceTime meeting with a representative shortly thereafter during which time I received an extremely reasonable quote. By 10am the next day, all of the items I wanted removed, were gone. I highly recommend these folks!
The Nixxit process was so clear and easy and every single person we worked with from start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had an amazing experience and will use them again in a heartbeat and refer them to anyone and everyone we know!

Nixxit has always came through with excellent service and never let me down. I'm a Realtor so I tend to have houses that needs debris/trash removed before we list them for sale. They even have came to my personal residence to pick up debris that random people dump on the road. They're local, hard workers and all are great people to work with.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nixxit! From initial contact to actual pick up, they were responsive and very accommodating to my schedule. They picked up kitchen appliances this time. Next time (yes I will use them again) will be my house/garage cleanup! I liked their company values, treatment of clients, local and women-owned.
I called them around 9:00 on a Saturday morning and by 11:30 my basically new but broken (and already uninstalled) dishwasher and over-the-range microwave were removed by two friendly and professional employees. This was the best customer experience I have had since I can remember.
They were lifesavers for this job. We are happy to recommend them and use them again for other organizing job.

Having used their service twice to get rid of some old appliances and some general junk in the garage, I highly recommend this locally-owned business over their larger peers such as 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Wonderful company! Bryce, Trevor, Tyler, and Louis showed up after sitting in bay area traffic and completed our job with care and respect. They went through each room with us to make sure they didn't take anything that wasn't supposed to go. Glad to know that nothing goes to a landfill. We will be calling on them again soon!
Nixxit is a small, locally owned, business whose prices are very competitive, which donates or recycles the materials they pick up, and most importantly, whose staff are uniformly both professional and remarkably congenial. It was a complete pleasure doing business with them, and I unconditionally recommend them to anyone needing hauling/recycling service.
