I DON’T often leave reviews!! But, I’ved used Nixxit for the past few years and the number one thing I love about Nixxit is that they don’t try to hit you with surprises at the end and when they’re finished, they leave the area so clean you won’t even remember you had junk to begin with. Sarah you are the best!
Easy scheduling and quick confirmation of appointment. Communication the whole way. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Hassle free. Terrific. Highly recommend. .
Great local business. We recently went through a home remodel and had items to remove. Easy to schedule online or via phone. I’ve used them twice now in a few weeks and their crews are super respectful, courteous and prompt. I’ll definitely use them every time I have big items to dispose of.
This review is way overdue! I’ve hired Nixxit four or five times over the past year for a range of decluttering projects, and every experience has been fantastic. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home and belongings. They even helped me carry a couch down a flight of…
Extremely Impressed!!! Very punctual, efficient and effective. I highly recommend this company. They were so easy to work with and very affordable. They even had same day appointments. I will definitely use them again if need be.
The Nixxit process was so clear and easy and every single person we worked with from start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had an amazing experience and will use them again in a heartbeat and refer them to anyone and everyone we know!
I have lost track of how many times I have used this incredible company. From the office to the team in the field everyone is so professional, efficient and friendly. I have had a couple of unique situations and each time this company has pulled through for me!
OMG—these guys are amazing! It started with the appointment booking which was friendly and easy and quick. Then they called a day in advance to remind me. Then they called the morning of to remind me. Then the driver called to narrow down the arrival window. Then they showed up on time, went right to work, carried…
Very nice, very professional, on time, will be using them in the future!!!
December 2022: I was drawn to Nixxit because of the values and practices outlined on the website like recycling, ecology and good labor practices. Being a small local woman-owned business is pretty great too. Then the process leading up to the cleanup was stellar ✨, explanations, reminders, a user friendly process,…
5 stars, if it was a 10 star rating they would have received 10. Prompt and professional. In and out the way it should be
Immediate response to my request. Removal team called with ETA well in advance. Explained the process clearly and professionally and got straight to loading the furniture. They arrived on time and was done in 10 minutes. I expected an increase in my quote because I had added two extra items to the load but cost…
Junk removal for commercial space. Amazing response time and transparency through the whole process. Very efficient the day of. I love that they recycle. We had some old display shelving that we weren't using and they went to someone else here in Castro Valley that could use them. Would definitely use again!
This is my second time hiring Nixxit. This experience was just like the first. I was communicated with prior to their arrival and they arrived when they said they would. Both employees were very upbeat and worked fast loading up the items I wanted to remove. I really like that I can pay by credit card on their…
Found this company through a local mixer & Im glad I did ! It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Their pricing was fair & transparent, communication was excellent & the two service guys (Popeye & Ed) were super cool! Both are great assets to the company! I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Nixxit was too easy. Same day pickup and right on time. Quick and upfront pricing.
The Nixxit team was quick, and efficient, and much friendlier than other services I've used in the past. Will definitely be using them exclusively going forward!
I felt really good about using this locally owned and environmental friendly junk hauling company. They separate everything and donate the usable items to nonprofits. The Nixxit staff were courteous, prompt and very helpful. They even moved large items from my home. I was surprised at how inexpensive the service…
Couldn’t be happier! Trevor and Dylan showed up on time and did an amazing job. It was pouring rain and cold but they loaded up a huge truck in under an hour. I was amazed at the hard work and professionalism they displayed. I would recommend Nixxit to anyone looking to get junk hauled off their property. 10/10 would use them again.
These guys are the best! So kind and professional, and we have been able to get them same day. We’ve used them multiple times and will again!
Nixxit is my new best friend! I set up an appointment out of the blue. They were here within an hour. They did all the work & now piles of junk that have been hanging over my head for months (and in some cases, years) are gone. MAGIC!
I had a positive experience from beginning to end. I had a mix of furniture to donate and scrap materials left over from a recent remodel and they took it all away. The team was pleasant and professional. The process was straightforward and stress free. I would definitely use this service again.
Super nice and courteous. Great communication and thorough. Couldn’t have been more professional! Thanks so much
Efficient. Courteous. Professional. Fair. Good communication.
So prompt and professional. These guys are the best in the business. This was my 4th time using and they were wonderful.
They did an awesome job. From the phone call to inquire of services to accepting payment by card at my house, Nixxit did a great job at being professional and efficient. They were honest, straightforward and respectable. I will use them again if I need these services.
Nixxit has always came through with excellent service and never let me down. I'm a Realtor so I tend to have houses that needs debris/trash removed before we list them for sale. They even have came to my personal residence to pick up debris that random people dump on the road. They're local, hard workers and all are great people to work with.
It is simple. You call, schedule an appointment, show them what needs to go and pay the bill. Their rates were less than if I had to do it myself. No mess, responsible, and hard workers.
David and his work partner were super friendly and worked very quickly and efficiently to remove a giant rock pile from my yard. We will definitely use Nixxit again! Thanks guys!
They were friendly, fast, punctual, and provided transparent pricing. They are a little pricier than arranging through the city, but much more helpful and efficient (worth the cost). I will definitely use them again.
I had been trying to get stuff donated for a year and due to Covid, it was very difficult to get anyone to come out and pick up stuff. I came across Nixxit and decided it was the best option in order for me to get the stuff out of my garage. They gave me fair pricing for the amount of stuff I had to have removed,…

I have used Nixxit a few times and they are always prompt, professional and helpful. Bryce and his team are always friendly and helpful and provide great service at a reasonable price. I have used other companies before and Nixxit goes above and beyond those companies. We love supporting local businesses and they don’t disappoint.
