The men that came to do the job are really nice, very cooperative, explaining everything, and it worked out very very well.
Have used Nixxit multiple times now. Love them. The best in the area. Definitely call them if you have a clean up job.
I DON’T often leave reviews!! But, I’ved used Nixxit for the past few years and the number one thing I love about Nixxit is that they don’t try to hit you with surprises at the end and when they’re finished, they leave the area so clean you won’t even remember you had junk to begin with. Sarah you are the best!
Quick furniture removal from apartment, thanks!
As a realtor we use junk haulers a lot. NIXXIT leaves everyone else in the dust. They hand load and sweep before leaving. They care about where items go and will recycle and rehome. They are also very responsive and can fit me in on short notice at times. Highly recommend for any junk hauling job.
So good I used them twice! Amazing. Amazing people, amazing process. Efficient, kind, professional and funny - very important to me when dealing with cleaning out my mom’s hoarding situation.
David and his associate were friendly and professional. They got the work done very quickly. They called before the appointment time to check in and see about timing details. I would highly recommend Nixxit!
After 40 years of renting, loss, grief, and immigrant upbringing, my childhood home had more clutter and mild hoarding than I could individually deal with as I prepared to fully transition away to my new home. The team at Nixxit is probably the best choice I could have made—they were so compassionate, friendly, and…
Do not hesitate to hire. Fair assessment and pricing with a dedicated team. When they completed the job with a courteous sweep, and some provided bags I knew the two hauls worth the effort.
These guys were so fast and thorough for a really tough last minute job. They were very professional on site and worked hard to finish as fast as possible.
Awesome service! Great people!
Very professional. They kept in touch with me from my first call. They called me at exactly the time they said they would. Arrived when they said they would. My experience could not have been better. Great company very professional as a property manager I think they are the best
Really good service! Bryce and Eric were big helps in my clean up / moving job. I called multiple vendors and they picked up my phone call and gave the most flexible pricing and explained everything over the phone and in person. I recommend them for anyone in the bay area.
After using Nixxit a few times, I am impressed to see how they have scaled their business but haven’t decreased in quality or service! Ian and his counterpart were efficient and friendly and helped in a pinch!
NIXXIT was super professional from appointment setting, reminders, courtesy call, and then the job itself! The drivers were especially courteous and efficient. I typically do not post reviews but wanted to for this great company.
The two men who took our stuff today were prompt, polite, professional, and clear about pricing. They also offered to help move things. Equally important, they really do try to recycle as much as they can and avoid landfills. The prices are reasonable. What's not to love? I highly recommend Nixxit.
Excellent customer service: on time, polite, took all of the items I set aside as well as several things I decided to get rid of at the last minute. They were respectful of my time, home and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Nexxit services again when I declutter more things. I especially like that…

We called Nixxit because our neighbors were using them and highly recommended their services. We liked that they recycle. They came in a few days and removed large items we had been meaning to get rid of, but not sure who to hire. The movers were kind and efficient. We will definitely be hiring them again!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Every communication was prompt, professional, and caring. Their price was better than 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Sarah’s advance estimate was spot on, and Martin and David, who did pickup, were warm, professional, and efficient. They took our donations, trash, and recycling, and now I feel like I can finally settle into my new house!

This team is amazing!! This is my first review ever but I had to share with others how great my experience was. I booked online, instantly received confirmation and consistent updates. They removed things from multiple areas of my home (including a queen sized sofa bed from the third floor!!) with no complaints.…
quick and neat service, friendly staff, pricing was also clearly explained
Two gentleman came and did a fantastic job clearing out a small apartment. They were a huge help. I will be using the again. Their pricing is very fair. Thank you so much for all your help.
I work for a small estate organizing and clear out company. We used Nixxit for a recent client to pick up items that weren't sold. Very glad they also recycle and donate! Not only is that more environmentally sound, but it saves our clients the expense and hassle of figuring out where to donate stuff. They were…
Well the guys were quick and thorough but I was upset that the fact that they told me that they're gonna charge me for half a truck load mind you they charge me for each individual tire each individual mattress .. it was a separate fee but when they filled the truck I had a long couch and the long couch reached to…
We hired Nixxit to remove some furniture, items we no longer use, and styrofoam/cardboard from the previous homeowner that we just discovered. Efficient, professional, friendly service with a reasonable cost. David and Lewis were great- arrived at the time they estimated; due to their amazing Tetris skills the cost…
We called Nixxit to help us clean out our childhood home to prepare for sale. They were courteous, prompt and thorough. They are Fairly priced and conscientious about waste. I was so impressed when I needed waste at my own phone removed a few weeks later I called them out! Great company!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Nixxit. They came out to SF and had our whole house cleaned out in an hour. The guys couldn’t have been nicer and overall just a wonderful experience within the madness of moving. The prices are fair and certainly the best I’ve seen in the Bay Area.
Nixxit was hired to remove a large 3-section couch, medium sized computer desk, shoe cubby, and a middling amount of generic 'stuff and things' as we were moving out of our 5th floor apartment in Emeryville. They were on time, professional, quick, and transparent about their business model and operations along with values. Highly recommended.
Very responsive from first contact. Arrived on time to do the work. Completed job that afternoon.
Quick and incredibly professional clean out. Will continue to use Nixxit for all of my hauling needs.
Bryce - the staff who came was so professional and pleasant to deal with! I didn't lift a finger, he insisted to take do EVERYTHING and helped to even take apart the table which wouldn't fit through the front door. Took the time to explain to me what happens to all the goods after removal, and ESPECIALLY grateful…
Everyone was very polite, considerate, and accomadating. I appreciate their business model of recycling and/or donating usable items. I plan to use them again.
The guys showed up on a 100-degree day to take a china cabinet and two couches. Spot on time and very professional. Great experience!
Wonderful company! Bryce, Trevor, Tyler, and Louis showed up after sitting in bay area traffic and completed our job with care and respect. They went through each room with us to make sure they didn't take anything that wasn't supposed to go. Glad to know that nothing goes to a landfill. We will be calling on them again soon!
Absolutely wonderful service!!! Very professional. The two guys that came were super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be using them again!
Quick, easy and affordable. Great communication, they let us know a specific window and then followed up with the specific time during that day and if they were running late or early. My experience with this company was top notch. Super responsive and very easy to schedule a pickup. Bryce and Trevor were so helpful and made cleaning out a storage unit actually pleasant/fun. The owner, Sarah, is also so nice and has created a great company which helps people and our planet at the same time!
Pick up time was good, junk removal fast, even the price. Thank you Nixxit junk removal.
Utterly fabulous. I couldn’t be happier with the fast, careful, and efficient work done to clear out stuff from my loft. And kudos to staff—on the phone to book the work and the strong, helpful guys who did the heavy lifting. Much appreciated.
This local company is the greatest! They made it so easy for me to get rid of all the trash, etc. Sarah, Bryce and staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Pricing was excellent too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
I was blown away by their service. We wanted a local conscious woman-owned hauling service and after looking at their website we decided to try Nixxit. It was so easy to book a time on their website. Very communicative and professional company. I received phone calls both the day before to verify how much stuff there was and 30 minutes before arrival to make sure I wasn't surprised when they arrived. They worked quickly and broke down all the boxes I had to their smallest size since they charge based on the…
Wow! Best junk removal service ever! For a number of reasons. One, very professional. The in the end, the price was very reasonable for…

I’m so pleased with the service I received. From the initial quote over the phone to the removal of my items all the staff were caring and accommodating. I will definitely call again.
Friendly, professional and efficient. Swept out my garage after removing junk and took a bunch of empty moving boxes from my side yard and even swept up the leaves. One of the main reasons I chose this company was for their concern with the environment and recycling values. Thank you so much!! Would definitely use them again in the future ☺️

These guys were the best I have ever used over multiple apartments I own. On time, priced as promised, carried everything into the truck, and efficient in space usage. Highly recommend this company. Their website is straight forward and the owner/staff are very responsive. Straightforward pricing and were in and out in about half an hour. Practiced COVID safety protocols. Will use again.
Showed up on time for appointment. They tried to compact as much as possible to decrease the volume and charged me a decent price.
The team was very responsive and easy to work with. They not only helped remove the waste, but also offered insight and options for the things they couldn't take. I previously used one of their competitors, but will definitely be looking to use Nixxit in the future.
Nixxit saved the day! We had a difficult task of a major cleanout of a family member's house, including all furniture, clothing, kitchen items, etc. I knew as soon as I spoke with Sarah that Nixxit was going to be our solution. I called two competitors and the experience wasn't anywhere near that of Sarah's customer…

I was moving Thanksgiving week and quickly realized that I was going to have too much garbage/donations to deal with. From the moment I called, I was treated so well. My family had just moved to the bay area from Phoenix, and had accumulated a garage full of card board boxes and move in trash. Nixxit was able to squeeze me in rather last minute within 48 hours of my request. They were fast, professional, and efficient, staffed with locals who were knowledgeable about the area.
Our experience was fantastic! They were prompt, removed materials quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Great service!
These guys are the best!! I cannot recommend them anymore. Very professional, courteous and showed up on time. If you need any kind of junk removal call Nexxit! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Nixxit team was very efficient, flexible, and easy to work with. They adjusted well to this final emptying of apartment contents in a senior living facility, working around a construction crew that was operating in the same wing. The cost was surprisingly modest, moving out an entire truckload with minimal…
Sarah and Bryce were so fabulous to work with. From my initial contact with Sarah to the virtual walk through with Bryce- to today's pick up it was easy and for me, delightful. I had previously used Nixxit when decluttering my home to prepare it for sale. They did such a great job that I used them again when moving out after my house sold.
