The men that came to do the job are really nice, very cooperative, explaining everything, and it worked out very very well.
Have used Nixxit multiple times now. Love them. The best in the area. Definitely call them if you have a clean up job.
I DON’T often leave reviews!! But, I’ved used Nixxit for the past few years and the number one thing I love about Nixxit is that they don’t try to hit you with surprises at the end and when they’re finished, they leave the area so clean you won’t even remember you had junk to begin with. Sarah you are the best!
Quick furniture removal from apartment, thanks!
As a realtor we use junk haulers a lot. NIXXIT leaves everyone else in the dust. They hand load and sweep before leaving. They care about where items go and will recycle and rehome. They are also very responsive and can fit me in on short notice at times. Highly recommend for any junk hauling job.
So good I used them twice! Amazing. Amazing people, amazing process. Efficient, kind, professional and funny - very important to me when dealing with cleaning out my mom’s hoarding situation.
David and his associate were friendly and professional. They got the work done very quickly. They called before the appointment time to check in and see about timing details. I would highly recommend Nixxit!
After 40 years of renting, loss, grief, and immigrant upbringing, my childhood home had more clutter and mild hoarding than I could individually deal with as I prepared to fully transition away to my new home. The team at Nixxit is probably the best choice I could have made—they were so compassionate, friendly, and…
Do not hesitate to hire. Fair assessment and pricing with a dedicated team. When they completed the job with a courteous sweep, and some provided bags I knew the two hauls worth the effort.
These guys were so fast and thorough for a really tough last minute job. They were very professional on site and worked hard to finish as fast as possible.
Awesome service! Great people!
Very professional. They kept in touch with me from my first call. They called me at exactly the time they said they would. Arrived when they said they would. My experience could not have been better. Martin and Lucas took care of everything making this on of the best service experience I have ever had. Not to…
Great company very professional as a property manager I think they are the best
Really good service! Bryce and Eric were big helps in my clean up / moving job. I called multiple vendors and they picked up my phone call and gave the most flexible pricing and explained everything over the phone and in person. I recommend them for anyone in the bay area.
After using Nixxit a few times, I am impressed to see how they have scaled their business but haven’t decreased in quality or service! Ian and his counterpart were efficient and friendly and helped in a pinch!
NIXXIT was super professional from appointment setting, reminders, courtesy call, and then the job itself! The drivers were especially courteous and efficient. I typically do not post reviews but wanted to for this great company.
The two men who took our stuff today were prompt, polite, professional, and clear about pricing. They also offered to help move things. Equally important, they really do try to recycle as much as they can and avoid landfills. The prices are reasonable. What's not to love? I highly recommend Nixxit.
Excellent customer service: on time, polite, took all of the items I set aside as well as several things I decided to get rid of at the last minute. They were respectful of my time, home and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Nexxit services again when I declutter more things. I especially like that…
Amazing service
Easy scheduling and quick confirmation of appointment. Communication the whole way. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Hassle free. Terrific. Highly recommend. .
We called Nixxit because our neighbors were using them and highly recommended their services. We liked that they recycle. They came in a few days and removed large items we had been meaning to get rid of, but not sure who to hire. The movers were kind and efficient. We will definitely be hiring them again!
The guys did a great job! I had a lot of wood to remove. They were professional, prompt and I will fetus’s them again.
Professional and friendly! I will use them again
They were so nice, helpful, and patient, especially with a senior citizen I will highly recommend them to everyone
This review is way overdue! I’ve hired Nixxit four or five times over the past year for a range of decluttering projects, and every experience has been fantastic. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home and belongings. They even helped me carry a couch down a flight of…
Absolutely fantastic experience. Every communication was prompt, professional, and caring. Their price was better than 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Sarah’s advance estimate was spot on, and Martin and David, who did pickup, were warm, professional, and efficient. They took our donations, trash, and recycling, and now I feel like I can finally settle into my new house!
This is the third time in the last couple of years I’ve used them, I love their service! The guys are very accommodating, polite and professional. Their rates are very reasonable.?what more could you ask for ? They will continue to be the first on my list to call and I often refer them
I recently closed my business and contracted Nixxit to help me remove and dipose of many heavy and bulky items. Dimitri and Eric arrived promptly and went right to work. They worked well as a team and had a can do attitude. They made quick and clean work of my job. Who will I use the next time I have a clean up to do...Nixxit of course!
Nixxit just completed the fifth job I have hired them for in various locations. Most recently was the cleanout of a family home with 68 years of accumulated stuff. They arrived on time, four guys, 2 trucks working non stop and taking care of furniture to be donated and asking questions when needed. The former…
Very quick, efficient and took great care in handling glass furniture.
Courteous. Prompt. Communicative throughout. Friendly. Simply excellent service.
Super fast & efficient turn around. Called one afternoon and picked up the next for a reasonable price. Win win for both parties
Nixxit was absolutely amazing to work with!! They are professional, responsive and quick! They were able to get us on their schedule quickly, and did their job efficiently. Will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.
Perfect customer service from contacting ahead of time to arriving on time and performing the task quickly. Very friendly and polite!
Very thoughtful, hardworking agent I’m very happy with the results
Update 2 (9/2025): called again for another job. I admit I did a little shopping around - just to see what else is out there. Gut said to save myself the trouble but I kept at it and just wasn't satisfied. Went with my instinct and went with Nixxit again. Next day availability, constant communication and updates,…
Nixxit is the best! Having a variety of items from loveseat to old stereo to lamp shades and more, Nixxit response was quick, professional and on time with two very friendly, strong staff that made what was a chore turn into a dream. And it is a woman owned business which I highly endorse.
Excellent experience with Nixxit. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Truck was full, items were carefully moved, stairs were no problem for the team. Thanks!
Discovered Nixxit on the web and was looking for a locally owned business that would provide an understanding and experienced service to take care of a house full of unnecessary stuff that my 80 year old brother accumulated over the years. I felt very fortunate to have found Nexxit and the people who helped with the…
Friendly, organized, fast, careful, on time, polite, great communications. What more can you ask? Highly recommended :-)
So easy, professional, careful and good value
very quick, efficient, and well organized service. Would recommend.
A little pricey
I have lost track of how many times I have used this incredible company. From the office to the team in the field everyone is so professional, efficient and friendly. I have had a couple of unique situations and each time this company has pulled through for me!
It's hard to find a responsive and professional company to haul things away from residential homes but these guys are great. Professional throughout and communicated promptly. I'll definitely be calling them the next time I'm in need!!!
David and Dillon are true professionals. They are amazing workers and provide excellent customer service. Explained everything before starting the job; cost, time to complete and fees for disposal of items. We will contract with Nixxit again and recomend highly to friends and family. Thank you!
I have used Nixxit over a half dozen times since November 2021. They are an EXCELLENT company & team of professionals. They are personable, professional, reliable and an all around GREAT organization. You will not find a better company or team than Nixxit. I know because I’d called a few companies before them…

UPDATE: Have now used 3x and the latest experience this month (clearing out 3 old storage units) was even better. They made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Everything about dealing with Nixxit was so much better than our last experience with a junk removal company. Sarah…
Very professional and detailed! Good value overall thx Nixxit
This is an amazing company! The guys are professional and great at what they do! I highly recommend!
Immediate response to my request. Removal team called with ETA well in advance. Explained the process clearly and professionally and got straight to loading the furniture. They arrived on time and was done in 10 minutes. I expected an increase in my quote because I had added two extra items to the load but cost…
I give Nixxit 5 out of 5 stars. My communication with the company started online on a Sunday. I requested an estimate to clear out the attic, a number of large furniture items and books from my property. I immediately received a confirmation text and email regarding my requested estimate. I received a phone call…
Cleared out my storage unit at short notice and swept it clean - always helpful courteous and considerate with deciding which items I should keep.
Fast, friendly and very professional! Would use them again.
Always a pleasure to work with Bryce and the Nixxit gentlemen. Thank you.
I’ve hired this company several times. They do a great job. They arrive on time, work efficiently and are friendly. I like how they donate and recycle so that the stuff doesn’t go to landfill.
So happy I hired this company. The crew had such a great attitude despite all the stairs, junk removal and upright piano! This is the company to hire if you need anything removed from your home.
I received excellent service the entire process. They couldn’t have made it easier! Honestly, An a amazing, professional and efficient experience! Thank you!!
