On time and very efficient. And they came back with stuff I left in a drawer! Highly recommend.
I DON’T often leave reviews!! But, I’ved used Nixxit for the past few years and the number one thing I love about Nixxit is that they don’t try to hit you with surprises at the end and when they’re finished, they leave the area so clean you won’t even remember you had junk to begin with. Sarah you are the best!
We've used Nixxit several times and everyone has been super nice, professional and efficient! In and out in about 10 minutes, super easy and great price for the service!
I'm a repeater customer which says a lot about the Nixxit. I am very please with their team.
They were on time and worked very quickly to remove items for junk and donation! I would highly recommend them!
Great communication, easy to schedule, very professional and courteous staff. Easy-peasy all the way around. A very fair price for excellent service. Thank you, Nixxit!
As a realtor we use junk haulers a lot. NIXXIT leaves everyone else in the dust. They hand load and sweep before leaving. They care about where items go and will recycle and rehome. They are also very responsive and can fit me in on short notice at times. Highly recommend for any junk hauling job.
So good I used them twice! Amazing. Amazing people, amazing process. Efficient, kind, professional and funny - very important to me when dealing with cleaning out my mom’s hoarding situation.
After 40 years of renting, loss, grief, and immigrant upbringing, my childhood home had more clutter and mild hoarding than I could individually deal with as I prepared to fully transition away to my new home. The team at Nixxit is probably the best choice I could have made—they were so compassionate, friendly, and…
Wonderful service. Called and they immediately gave us a quote. They were able to fit us in SAME DAY! When the guys came to pick up the items the were super friendly and worked very fast! Pricing was very reasonable and no hidden fees was exactly the price quoted on the phone. Would highly recommend for any junk removal services.
Very Fast and friendly service. I have used Nixit 3 times now, and I will definitely use them again. Easy to schedule and they have consistently showed up right on time, every time.
Terrific service. Very responsive and professional. Have used them twice. Was very easy to schedule, they showed up on time, were professional and thorough, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I booked and they came next day. They give you a 2 hour window but call to let you know when they will be arriving. Super friendly and quick! Also bonus that they were both Niners fans! Highly recommend.
Really good service! Bryce and Eric were big helps in my clean up / moving job. I called multiple vendors and they picked up my phone call and gave the most flexible pricing and explained everything over the phone and in person. I recommend them for anyone in the bay area.
They arrived early, transparently priced, thorough, and were super fast. I feel so freee
Excellent communication. Prompt. Professional. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very helpful and quick great service
Fast, friendly and with honest pricing. Great communication throughout the process!
Easy scheduling and quick confirmation of appointment. Communication the whole way. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Hassle free. Terrific. Highly recommend. .
Prompt, efficient and effective. They showed up when they said and quickly cleaned out the old junk out of my wine cellar so I can have more storage for wine. They make getting rid of unwanted stuff easy. I like the fact that they are locally owned.
Quick, professional service, and was able to get same day pick ups.
Great communication and timely pick-up. Always a pleasure to work with the Nixxit team when we are in need of junk removal from our office.
Dimitri and crew were very professional, friendly, polite and they were done in under an hour!! I would recommend Nixxit to everyone!!
This review is way overdue! I’ve hired Nixxit four or five times over the past year for a range of decluttering projects, and every experience has been fantastic. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home and belongings. They even helped me carry a couch down a flight of…
Absolutely fantastic experience. Every communication was prompt, professional, and caring. Their price was better than 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Sarah’s advance estimate was spot on, and Martin and David, who did pickup, were warm, professional, and efficient. They took our donations, trash, and recycling, and now I feel like I can finally settle into my new house!
All this accumulated art debris stuff was seamlessly and cheerily removed by Nixxit. These guys are the best!
Nixxit was prompt in responding to my request for a quote. The cost was reasonable and in line with competitors. They were very responsive, communicating via text to schedule the pick up, and accommodating when I requested a Certificate of Destruction 2 days before pick up (which required a redirect because that…
Nixxit just completed the fifth job I have hired them for in various locations. Most recently was the cleanout of a family home with 68 years of accumulated stuff. They arrived on time, four guys, 2 trucks working non stop and taking care of furniture to be donated and asking questions when needed. The former…
I had a ratty old shed that needed to be dismantled and removed, some lumber, PVC pipe and misc. pieces that I wanted gone. Brice from Nexxit had everything done and out of here in an hour and a half. He was professional and courteous and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your large or small junk removal project.
These guys are awesome! Super easy to book. I was able to schedule a pick-up for the next day after calling. They keep you updated on the arrival time. And the price is super reasonable. This is the second time I use their services, and I highly recommend them!
Great communication throughout the process, super friendly staff, and quick!
Same-day service, showed up on time and very professional and friendly. They even took some extra garbage overflowing the bins. I will definitely use them again if needed.
I would highly recommend using this company for junk removal. They gave me a window of 2 hours and called me with an approximate time they would arrive and came at that time. It was great because my pick up was at a storage place and I only had to wait a few minutes for them to arrive. The two men that came were…
Very fast, friendly and professional. They had all my junk out in less than an hour and were so nice.
The guys were awesome and worked quickly!
Pristine experience with Nixxit. Easy to schedule. Confirmation txts and calls exactly as described. Guys showed up and worked fast and carefully. Excellent value, excellent service. Thanks!
Update 2 (9/2025): called again for another job. I admit I did a little shopping around - just to see what else is out there. Gut said to save myself the trouble but I kept at it and just wasn't satisfied. Went with my instinct and went with Nixxit again. Next day availability, constant communication and updates,…
Extremely Impressed!!! Very punctual, efficient and effective. I highly recommend this company. They were so easy to work with and very affordable. They even had same day appointments. I will definitely use them again if need be.
All went well, and in record time. Polite, competent and accommodating. 6 stars!
What a great experience. The communication and service is truly second to none. I contacted Nixxit on a Thursday afternoon and had a FaceTime meeting with a representative shortly thereafter during which time I received an extremely reasonable quote. By 10am the next day, all of the items I wanted removed, were gone. I highly recommend these folks!
Friendly and professional staff. Quick, thorough and careful while removing and loading items. Arrived on time. Would definitely recommend them and would book them agai .
See March 2025 Update on previous review.
Really amazing service! This is my 2nd time using them. Everyone was so kind/empathetic, communicative, and professional. I even received some valuable tips. They got everything done quickly! Happy to recommend their service to anyone and everyone.
The administrators were very helpful in getting my job done, they sent out a reminder, and the team showed up when they promised. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. I'll definitely use them again.
The Nixxit process was so clear and easy and every single person we worked with from start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had an amazing experience and will use them again in a heartbeat and refer them to anyone and everyone we know!
On time .. good communication. Finished job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
Friendly, prompt, professional. The previous company I called flaked out on me, but Nixxit was top notch service from beginning to end.
I have lost track of how many times I have used this incredible company. From the office to the team in the field everyone is so professional, efficient and friendly. I have had a couple of unique situations and each time this company has pulled through for me!
It's hard to find a responsive and professional company to haul things away from residential homes but these guys are great. Professional throughout and communicated promptly. I'll definitely be calling them the next time I'm in need!!!
My office uses Nixxit all the time. They are always communicative, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. Will continue to use and recommend.
I have used Nixxit over a half dozen times since November 2021. They are an EXCELLENT company & team of professionals. They are personable, professional, reliable and an all around GREAT organization. You will not find a better company or team than Nixxit. I know because I’d called a few companies before them…
I love this company soooo much I use them regularly for big and small removals. Everyone you will speak with when you call is so polite, drivers and techs are also amazing, communicate effectively and respectfully of the property and always show’s professional! I appreciate that and will continue to use their services! (I’ll grab a few photos next time)
Love Nixxit - highly recommend!!
FANTASTIC! 😍 Bryce and Trevor were communicative, educational, and super kind! Respected how valuable tike is and showed great respect to the space. Ready to have them come hang out in all the new space we have! Felt like my neighbors doing me a favor. Huge win!
Very nice, very professional, on time, will be using them in the future!!!
I had a pile of junk and old wood/tree branches in the yard. I live in a location that is not easy to access. The process was super easy with an online appointment system, estimate through FaceTime, and communication by text. The guys were very friendly yet professional - got the job done quickly using as little…
UPDATE: Have now used 3x and the latest experience this month (clearing out 3 old storage units) was even better. They made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Everything about dealing with Nixxit was so much better than our last experience with a junk removal company. Sarah…
December 2022: I was drawn to Nixxit because of the values and practices outlined on the website like recycling, ecology and good labor practices. Being a small local woman-owned business is pretty great too. Then the process leading up to the cleanup was stellar ✨, explanations, reminders, a user friendly process,…
On time, neat, thorough, and friendly.
Team Nixxit were professional from the moment I called to the moment they came and picked our E-Waste. Super communicative, on-time and tidy. Would definitely use them again in the future for our business.
They happened to be finishing a job near me when I called. They were at my home within 15-20 minutes and quickly removed the items I needed to get rid of.
Immediate response to my request. Removal team called with ETA well in advance. Explained the process clearly and professionally and got straight to loading the furniture. They arrived on time and was done in 10 minutes. I expected an increase in my quote because I had added two extra items to the load but cost…
I've used Nixxit Junk Removal twice because they are the best. I live on the 3rd floor, walk-up/no elevator and the two man crew carried everything down the stairs no problem! A large heavy dresser, a free-standing closet, a medium sized chair, plus 4 bags of stuff and several misc. objects (framed pictures, junk…
I have used Nixxit several times now, and will never use another service. They are fantastic - easy to book with, incredibly helpful and flexible, and I love that they donate what they can. I recommended them to a friend who was moving out of her home in Piedmont recently, and I think she ended up having them come…
Rental store clean out, garbage, cardboard boxes, wood, furniture etc.
We had a great experiencing from start to finish! Prompt quote, very fast availability, and before we knew it- our junk was out of here! Zero complaints. Much appreciated!!
So happy I hired this company. The crew had such a great attitude despite all the stairs, junk removal and upright piano! This is the company to hire if you need anything removed from your home.
We had been wanting to clear out junk from our garage and were in search of an ethical service. I discovered Nixxit junk removal, and everything magically fell into place. The communication was seamless, with great patience shown as I gathered unwanted items and took pictures for a quote. The pricing was…
Update 9-7-23: Many thanks to Nixxit for another excellent job of clearing out my garage full of furniture, larger items, and smaller items. Nixxit is professional, efficient, and their cost is reasonable. I also appreciate their efforts to donate reusable items to minimize the landfills. I highly recommend Nixxit.
Great crew. Handled all our extensive needs. Will use again!
Nixxit is the best! I used them for cleaning out my childhood home in San Francisco & now just moved out of our business office. Again, the guys were so professional & nice! I love that they fill trucks very nicely in order to use the space wisely & not overcharge us. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks. Janet
These folks are GREAT! They were wonderful about coming up to the third floor to do my pick up! Thanks especially to Tyler for working with me on my first experience with Nixxit! Great job guys!
They are what they say; after dealing with other like companies these folks answer the phones, communicate well, show up on time (and call with updates), and dress and act professionally and with expertise. We will use them forever.
Great job all the way around !!!
Junk removal for commercial space. Amazing response time and transparency through the whole process. Very efficient the day of. I love that they recycle. We had some old display shelving that we weren't using and they went to someone else here in Castro Valley that could use them. Would definitely use again!
This is the second time we have used Nixxit. Very pleased with the service. They will remain my go to for junk removal.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Cannot say enough good about Nixxit and its *whole* team. So helpful, professional, friendly, punctual. Hired them 2x for hauling for stressful, unexpected move and they helped make it less stressful. Hauled junk, furniture, you name it. Have already recommended to friends. Would hire again in a heartbeat.
We have used Nixxit twice now and will continue to use them several more times. We are generally pleased with their customer service. Bryce, Trevor and Tyler were the work representatives on the first two jobs. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily fast but always stopped to patiently answer…
Great experience. Very professional workers. Will use them again.
The movers were very professional and nice. They showed up on time and the service didn’t take a long time. This is a super convenient service and we will be using it again for other large box disposal!
Great service, quick turn around time (came out the same day) and what a deal.... Thank you!
I highly recommend Nixxit Junk Removal. The guys that came out were courteous, professional, kind and respectful. They were also very efficient and had all of my junk removed within an hour. I will definitely recommend them to others.
Easy to make appointments, they were very cimmunicative. Good value and friendly professional staff. I highly recommend them.
Prompt, efficient service. Very nice employees. If you've already used your free "bulk pickup" with the garbage company Nixxit can help you out.
I just used Nixxit for the FIFTH time! I think that says it all!!
Loved Nixxit and would highly recommend them!
extremely courtesy and friendly, explain everything and really nice people. Thank you so much for helping us!
I've used Nixxit twice recently in the midst of a big move - worth every penny! Nice, professional people who will save you alot of time! Very clear estimate and easy to pay.
Nixxit did it again - did a fantastic job of cleaning out my old furniture and unneeded junk. On time, efficient, and so polite! Great business and great employee morale, going by the positive attitudes. They're fantastic on every score.
They showed up in an hour. Communicated everything perfectly. David and Martin were super personable. They even swept up before they left!
Will use Nixxit again. The haulers we're extremely professional & polite. They picked up everything we had scheduled along with the couple extra items. I’m so glad we found this place! Great customer service from Sarah and her team. The guys that came were all super nice and professional and has a great attitude. Looking forward to future business
First time using Nixxit, but it won’t be the last! The guys were great, communication from the beginning to end was perfect! Price was very competitive with other companies. Will be calling again in a few weeks. Thanks Nixxit Team!
Both were very nice guys. They even hooked up my TV again after having to take all the cable cords off to remove the TV stand!
Nixxit was wonderful and so easy to work with. I had some furniture, a mattress, trash and recycling from moving out. They came and packed it super efficiently in under 20 minutes! Plus a discount for my putting things on the curb. Wonderfully communicative beforehand, kind and professional - would highly recommend.
Great service. This is the second time I’ve used NIXXIT. Trevor and Drew were professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Good value.
I would like to say Nixxit is a company I’ll be returning to. The crew that came to pickup our warehouse junk goes by “Popeye” and they were in and out. It was as easy as a tap of a card. I will be a returning customer 10/10
They were on time, friendly and efficient. They finished much sooner than I expected, which was good!
Great team showed up to haul our junk. Excellent communication and very timely. Professional, courteous, and friendly. Gave job estimate upon arrival and less than 15 minutes later, they were done and ready to go to their next customer. I not only will use Nexxit again, but I highly recommend to anyone who needs hauling work done.

I would highly recommend this service. They treated my home respectfully when removing furniture and other items. Pleasant and professional service. Reasonably priced and quality work.
The Nixxit Team was great! They were priced a lot more reasonably than other junk haulers we have used in the past. They were on time and called/texted before they arrived with a more accurate arrival time. My neighbor who is a realtor actually recognized the guys that came and she uses them a lot. They were…
This company was very professional and timely on their arrival. Although their costs was a bit higher than originally quoted, they were fast, efficient, and got the job done! Overall, I was happy with their services and would use them again. Except next time I will try and get a written quote, instead of a verbal one.
Great people. Fast friendly and professional.
I had used another service for years and decided to try a local business for a clean - out project - I’m sure glad I called Nixxit - they have excellent customer service! These folks are fantastic! Everyone was really friendly, kind, and accommodating. From the first person I spoke to on the phone to schedule to the two friendly guys who came to my house. Worth every penny
I needed several items removed, some that could be donated, some destined for the dump or recycling. Everything about dealing with Nixxit from start to finish was fantastic. Timely responses, clear and up front pricing, notifications on arrival times, and kind, professional service. I can’t recommend them highly…
Nixxit was very responsive. All my questions were quickly answered and I booked my service for the same week. I love that they make an extra effort to donate what is useable by others. They were exactly on time, as agreed, and quickly cleared by storage unit. It’s amazing what 2 guys can do! I look forward to…
Nixxit was awesome! It was such a relief to not have to take my things to be donated. The team was so friendly, respectful, professional, and did a great job! I would recommend this business to anyone!
This company is great!!! They were ontime and asked what they were removing. I showed them the pile and they explained the prizes and showed all of this to me. Asked me on a couple of things if they were to take those I said no and then they started in taking things to the truck. Two guys working very hard and in…
The company was very professional and very good value for the money. They did exactly what I wanted and it went perfectly. Hats off!
I’ve used this company in the past and each time they have been amazing. Very professional, friendly, and quick to respond. Two thumbs up!
We love Nixxit! Their service is so convenient and professional - we are serial Nixxit schedulers, our latest was our 4th pick-up! We've used Nixxit to remove an old washer/dryer unit from our new home, moving boxes and junk, and even a curbside pick-up after cleaning out our closets and remodeling our kitchen. The…
Provided excellent service as described on initial contact. Delivered 100 %!!!
Trevor and crew were professional and friendly.
On time, helpful, honest. Appreciate that its woman owned, local, small and green certified while still being fairly priced. Love it as an alternative to the big names that are not as green. Would definitely hire again!
Very professional and made things easy for me. Rates are extremely reasonable compared to competition. Highly recommend!
Nixxit was timely, professional, and easy to work with. We have already called them back to another project! Thank you so much!
Nixxit was fantastic and customer service oriented! I have used other junk removal services in the past, but I am so happy that I found Nixxit. They arrived on time was fast and efficient. They even let me added more stuff while they were doing it. Price was affordable. Definitely will use them again
Nixxit was too easy. Same day pickup and right on time. Quick and upfront pricing.
OUR small non-profit had to move our program location and had to drastically reduce capacity. We were on a very tight timeline to have everything removed in time and Nixxit came through BIG TIME!
They provided quick and easy support to remove our items. We were able to schedule a same-day service request. Great service, even greater response time.
I felt really good about using this locally owned and environmental friendly junk hauling company. They separate everything and donate the usable items to nonprofits. The Nixxit staff were courteous, prompt and very helpful. They even moved large items from my home. I was surprised at how inexpensive the service…
Great help, same day in the rain. Polite, attentive, and reasonable my priced. Would totally use again!!!
Very professional, reasonable and courteous. Will definitely recommend them!
These guys were prompt, courteous, and efficient! They totally could have ripped me off because they knew I was in a hurry to get rid of the junk, but they charged very fairly. I would definitely use them again!
It is hard to coordinate removal when you are de-cluttering. I’m on a Swedish Death Cleaning de-cluttering binge, and every day of de-cluttering reveals more that needs to go or be dealt with. As each ‘layer’ is dug out, Nixxit has helped move the mess out. I can have a lot or a little, and it all goes away.…
Nixxit was amazing! I called to see about hauling away an old ping pong table and some other small items and they were able to come out that day and take care of it. Super responsive company, love that it's local and women owned and that they pay their employees a living wage. The two guys who came by raved about…
Couldn’t be happier! Trevor and Dylan showed up on time and did an amazing job. It was pouring rain and cold but they loaded up a huge truck in under an hour. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and they go above and beyond to explain pricing. Highly recommend them!
The two man team called 1/2 hour before they came. Arrived on time. Very professional. He asked to see what was to be taken, gave me a quote and proceeded to load everything. They were quick, efficient and even removed the piano. I would use them again and highly recommend them!!
These guys are the best! So kind and professional, and we have been able to get them same day. We’ve used them multiple times and will again!
Had a good experience with them. Online booking was super easy and they communicated with me (mainly through text) so I always knew what to expect. I initially found them because they were one of the top results but I chose them because I liked how they’d try to donate the items that they could. I donated as many…
Whole process was very easy. Especially like that they work to recycle/reuse items!
I love working with Nixxit! I have used several other local junk removal companies and nobody compares to Sarah and the Nixxit Team! They are easy to book (offering same day service), reliable, friendly, and thorough with junk removal jobs.
Working with Sarah was great...she was responsive and timely, professional and kind! We have now used Nixxit at least 5 times are we have been pleased everytime. Not only do they recycle and donate in lieu of sending everything to the dump, they are a small business locally operated. These guys are awesome! Very communicative and friendly workers. We’ve used their service twice now and both times they did an awesome job. I was really happy with how efficient they were and how quick and easy it is to make appointments with them. We’ll definitely be using these guys for any future junk removal services. Thank you, Nixxit!
Worth every penny! Very reasonably priced junk removal. They did what would've taken me weeks to properly despose of in less than an hour. Very very happy with their service and responsiveness! Thanks guys!!
Nixxit was prompt, fast, accurate, friendly and patient with my questions. Great communicators about scheduling and scope of work. I may need them back in the future and won’t hesitate to give them a call.

Highly recommended and I would use them again in a heart beat!! 5 Stars plus

This is a long overdue review. When we were in the throes of moving, we just had a bunch of stuff we didn't need anymore and Nixxit was able to deal with it for us. I liked knowing the usable items would be donated and the waste would be properly disposed of. Everything was easy and the job came in under the estimated price.
Easy to schedule a pickup window on short notice, the movers were quick and professional.
Excellent, friendly, reliable customer service. Great team to work with. And the pricing is affordable. Many thanks. 😊👍
They had a text link that showed you where the truck was in route to you which was great. It was nice to be able to get rid of a variety of junk that I would have had to take to multiple places if I was dealing with it. Very convenient.
arrived on time, friendly, professional. all easy and no games.
So friendly, efficient, and totally let me relax while they took care of everything. So worth it
Fast and responsive and gave us a fair price. Working with them was a breeze!
I have utilized this service twice in the past month in order to prepare for the sell of our home and relocation. Their online booking system is user-friendly and very easy to use. It seems that there is ample availability for pick-up times that includes evenings and weekends. Also, there are plenty of pick-up…
I can’t say enough good things - I use this company at work and home and they hit all the marks. Very responsive, easy to work with, professional and affordable. Highly recommend if you are in the Bay Area.
I had a great experience with Nixxit. We were moving and needed to get rid of a few last things. They were on time, gave us a heads up on their arrival, stayed in communication by text, and were super accommodating despite our spotty service as we traveled. Highly recommend!
Excellent. I’ll be using them again!
This company is so well organized, professional and friendly! I was kept informed throughout the process and well taken cared of. I recommend this company to anyone looking for stress free removal and donation!
The team was communicative from scheduling through haul-away. Clear instructions, clearly defined expectations, and efficient work getting everything hauled away.
Efficient. Courteous. Professional. Fair. Good communication.
We had to empty my 95 year old father-in-law’s house. We needed to get it ready for selling. We live out of town and didn’t have a lot of time to do it. Enter Nixxit. We packed everything and Nixxit took all the boxes, old appliances, furniture, trash, etc. All in less time than estimated. They are not cheap but…
Nixxit helped me clean out my Mom and Dads house after their passing. Bryce ans Tyler worked with me on 5 loads. They were so professional and extremely helpful and made a difficult process so much easier. They were kind and compassionate and even came back after their long day to get a last load out prior to the…
Nixxit was very professional and helpful in removing some worn out patio furniture. Excellent communication and great about letting me know when they were going to be arriving during the two hour window.
I've had a lot of different experiences with junk removal companies over the years, and Nixxit was by far the most communicative and professional. They were easy to reach, happily rescheduled when I had a conflict come up, and followed up the day before the job to make sure we both had all of the information we…
I'm a pretty straight-to-the-point person. I've never had an issue with Nixxit. I usually speak with Sarah when booking, but David this most recent time. They have my info saved, I tell them a little about what it is and they come right on time. The pickup guys are so friendly. I will always use this service. I also…
Nixxit provided excellent service for my junk and donation item pick up. The agent I spoke to when I booked my appointment was very helpful and professional. The FaceTime consultation was also very professional. Then the two men who finally picked up my junk were quick, polite and very friendly. I will hire Nixxit again for sure.
I especially liked how they kept in constant contact via texting with a live person.
Excellent service!
So grateful for Nixxit! Professional, efficient, and prompt. Called on a Friday afternoon and stuff was picked up next day on a very busy weekend. Definitely recommend! Thank you, Nixxit!
I had a bunch of old furniture and accumulated possessions in storage. The rent on my storage unit kept increasing to the point where the stuff in the unit clearly wasn’t worth the price I was paying to store it. So I called Nixxit and they were terrific. The whole process from booking to hauling away my junk was…
Nixit came almost RIGHT when we called to take our junk away and when they came they were cheerful and kind! Great experience.
Nixxit did a wonderful job removing a variety of donations, furniture, and junk and rehoming it for us! They were friendly and professional!
From beginning to end, my experience was excellent. Booking was fast and straightforward, they were clear about their services, communicative on the day of pick up, and professional and courteous. All this, and I know that my stuff is going to be sorted and donated in the most eco-friendly way possible. We will definitely book this company again!
So prompt and professional. These guys are the best in the business. This was my 4th time using and they were wonderful.
They did an awesome job. From the phone call to inquire of services to accepting payment by card at my house, Nixxit did a great job at being professional and efficient. They were honest, straightforward and respectable. I will use them again if I need these services.
We brought our items down to the garage for disposal, but the guys at Nixxit made it super quick & easy to have them taken away.
Signed up through online calendar process. Great communication after. Very easy process. The team that came was very professional explaining how it works, asking if I wanted them to wear masks, moving a heavy loveseat sofa down a narrow staircase with extreme care and expertise.
After searching around for a solution to drop off a large amount of unsorted cardboard/plastics waste, connecting with Nixxit to just pick up the trash was incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. Well worth the cost to save time and effort transporting everything myself,; their operator Sarah, as well as ground…
Super friendly, easy process, on time, good estimate, overall just great service. We had what felt like a big job and they blew through it like nothing. I love them and definitely will use Nixxit again.
Nixxit has always came through with excellent service and never let me down. I'm a Realtor so I tend to have houses that needs debris/trash removed before we list them for sale. They even have came to my personal residence to pick up debris that random people dump on the road. They're local, hard workers and all are great people to work with.
These guys are awesome! Women owned, green certified, local, and they don't landfill ANYTHING! The two who came to pick up my stuff were awesome, professional, kind, and they also happened to be running ahead of schedule which worked very well for me. They took stuff I wasn't entirely sure if they could take like…
Very professional. Reviewed what we wanted removed, reviewed cost before starting to ensure there were no surprises. Easy to work with and the guys are really nice. I enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended!!!!
Professional service, honest & transparent pricing. I needed a storage unit cleaned out in Oakland while I was living in FL and a few places tried to rip me off before I called Nixxit. They setup a time & date at their earliest convenience and were helpful each step of the way. Thanks!
Great to work with. Able to maintain schedule of clean outs
We are cleaning out a house as administrators of an estate and pretty much everything must go. So far we've had Nixxit out for 3 full truck loads and each time has been a breeze. They arrive at the estimated time (really appreciate the 30 minute warning) and are friendly, professional, responsible, and hard-working.…

Great experience on cleanout day I needed to have a large amount of household goods removed as I prepare to sell my property. I had used other junk removal companies in the past and was disappointed with how they handled items, throwing them carelessly into the truck and making me doubt their intent to repurpose…
I wanted to get rid of an old mattress, so I set up a curbside pickup for the next day. I requested the whole thing be contactless. I put the mattress on the sidewalk and received a text with pictures that it had been picked up and received the invoice via text. It was the quickest and easier option for me.
This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had when it comes to moving. Everyone, from the scheduler on the phone to the loaders, were so kind and helpful! They came early and loaded quickly. I was amazed how fast and easy it was! More than worth it and a group I will definitely use again!! Thank you!

Today, one of your wonderful crews came out to help us get our house ready for new carpets and furniture. They were cheerful, quick, and super helpful. Team was courteous, professional, friendly and quick. I have used other junk removal companies and Nixxit were the best. I reccomend them to anyone needing these type of services. Thanks again NIXXIT. Ken Schramm
Having used their service twice to get rid of some old appliances and some general junk in the garage, I highly recommend this locally-owned business over their larger peers such as 1-800-GOT-JUNK. The price is competitive and it is very easy to use their website to book appointments (they even do Google Maps chats!…
I had been trying to get stuff donated for a year and due to Covid, it was very difficult to get anyone to come out and pick up stuff. I came across Nixxit and decided it was the best option in order for me to get the stuff out of my garage. They gave me fair pricing for the amount of stuff I had to have removed,…
We’ve used Nixxit on two separate occasions and will continue to use their services. Their pricing is reasonable and can offer same day pickup after quoting. Always a pleasure!
What a great service & great team members who came to our home. I love that most of our items will be donated and it helps greatly to purge things that we no longer use. I highly recommend Nixxit.

Well the guys were quick and thorough but I was upset that the fact that they told me that they're gonna charge me for half a truck load mind you they charge me for each individual tire each individual mattress .. it was a separate fee but when they filled the truck I had a long couch and the long couch reached to…
Easy to use service with curbside pickup that was zero contact. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival, called with quote when they saw what we had in our driveway and called at the end with a text to a link for payment. For the easy service and that they take care of donating your items, easy decision to use this service.
Talk about a huge sigh of relief! We had a garage and a storage unit to clear out, and responsible disposal was our biggest priority. Nixxit to the rescue!
