We had the opportunity to work with Charles on two different home inspections during our house search, first on a property we ultimately decided to walk away from, and then on the home we’re now about to close on. He was fantastic both times. Charles is extremely thorough, consistent, knowledgeable, and kind. We…

Nonprofit Home Inspections did a fantastic job inspecting our future townhome. Lee was on time, thorough, and was available for all questions we had on site. We received the report promptly later that day, with tons of detail, and the thermal imaging was a real plus! Thanks again! Would TOTALLY recommend!

I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by Charles at Non-Profit Home Inspections. Even before the process began, he was extremely accommodating; I had a few specific areas of concern I wanted him to look at, and he proactively offered to spend extra time investigating those spots to put my mind at…

Both Tom and Joseph are masters of their craft. I could not be happier with their unbelievable knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. Prior to the inspection, Tom was kind enough to consult and pre-plan with me over the phone for 30 minutes. This was over the top service. While there are many home…

We hired Nonprofit Home Inspections to inspect a 1962 house we're buying. Cody was GREAT! The inspection SUMMARY is 49 pages. He even found a wasp nest in the crawl space. (He didn't mention getting stung. I really hope he's ok.) I haven't tackled the actual report yet. It's 97 pages! Cody couldn't get into the…

Pre-purchase home inspection - Best money I ever spent. My husband and I found a home we loved and won the bid. No we just needed to pass the inspection. Unfortunately there were too many issues for us to even move in. Our inspector, Justin, was so thorough that he spent an hour longer than expected to ensure he…
