Cody's inspection report was the most thorough we've ever seen and this is our 5th home buying experience, he did a great job. The most basic report included videos, thermal imaging, and it was very clear he had our best interest in mind as opposed to our realtor's. The report was extremely detailed and also…

We had a wonderful experience with Nonprofit Home Inspections! My fiancee and I worked with Reggie, and he was thorough, transparent, and incredibly genuine. We appreciated the professionalism and especially the very speedy transition from scheduling the inspection to its completion. We will work with Nonprofit Home Inspections again!
Reggie is the best! Worth all the money you paid for an inspection. Pls read review before getting a service, had an inspection before and nothing compare to Reggie, the report is amazing, you will find a lot of problems in new construction that a untrained eye wont catch.
Cody Farr Baenziger performed the inspection for me. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The whole process was really fast and easy, and everyone I interacted with was very responsive and friendly. I received the report on the same day the inspection was performed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Thomas Walther has conducted our home inspection and we are glad to have chosen nonprofit home inspections. We were able to meet with Thomas the last 15 minutes and walked us through some of the major fixes that need to be done before we moved in. His detailed report has helped us meet with our builder and address the concerns mentioned.
Adam DeGrandpre did the inspection. He was very professional and courteous. He found things that were missed by the previous inspections. Adam was very through and very knowledgeable. I am very much pleased with his services. Without a doubt I would highly recommend him (and Nonprofit).
Justin Christ was very professional and very thorough with the inspection. Would definitely use again.

Great home inspection for my new home.
Highly recommended. Tom was super thorough in the inspection report and was also helpful with questions. Even the builder was pleasantly surprised with the level of detail in the inspection report and was happy to fix everything for me as it was new construction. Would totally get him again for the 11 month inspection!
Justin had quick email responses. On day of inspection he was timely, professional, and caught the smallest of details. I definitely recommend Justin and Nonprofit Home Inspections. I will be using them again for our 11 month warranty inspection.
