Nobody should hire this man.
Paul was completely unprofessional, late on several occasions, and broke our washing machine. He has since ignored 3 texts, an email and a phone call. He is not only unprofessional, he is a borderline crook and cost us over $1,000 to replace our washing machine.
I cannot recommend Paul or Northside Appliance Services. Paul is fantastic. We worked with him first in 2018. When an issue cropped up this year, we remembered our great experience and he was the only person we considered. He did not disappoint this time either. When a need arises again, there is no doubt that we'll call Paul again.
